Amazing. You would think a Tex Mex place would make Tex Mex food. This place is the same as any other chain like Chipolte, Taco Joes, John's, etc. None can make real good tasting food. They pull their supplies from the same central warehouse commissary's. Then they get the plastic bags of precooked bland meats that may just be fake textured vegetable protein (TVP) that is cancerous/disease/fat inducing and reheat them. Same as Taco Bell has done ever since YUM Brands destroyed their good taste. All the food at Moe's is tasteless with no fat, no salt, no spices, nothing. For example the queso was like eating pasty flour mixed with water. A bland glue gloppy slop. Even Dave & Busters had better queso and that place is a game joint. The diced chicken was void of flavor. Even their tea was watered down. The sour cream was no fat bleh. The chipolte sauce was bland. If you want genuine Tex Mex that is correctly made with flavor, real natural ingredients, nutritious, cooked from scratch on-site - you will need to find a mom&pop family owned single joint. Chains are nothing but corporate conglomos looking for the $$$ and do not care about quality or taste. They dish out the cheapest artificial grub that is fake, tasteless, manmade in labs and void of nutrition. None are any good. Read moreI placed an order through door dash. My order came in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the order was incorrect. I ordered three tacos with soft corn tortilla. My tacos came in a soft flour tortilla. Okay no biggie. My chips did not come with any salsa. Again, no biggie. I called the store to see what we could do about this. Tanis the assistant manager on duty 10/02/19 answers the phone and tells me that there is no corn tortillas and that I have to take up my issue with door dash because it's not their fault. Again, i try to explain to Tanis that they should have informed door dash because this is not what I ordered. Tanis cuts me off again and says if you want to take tgis somewhere else than do that. Corporates number is online and I have customers I can't help you. I remind him that I am a customer as well he again, cuts me off after being extremely combative hangs up on me. I wasn't asking for a refund I just wanted something different. This behavior is extremely unacceptable for a manager. Read moreI've been a Moe's customer for 10 + years. This location really does skimp you on the meat. A paying customer should get a real scoop of the meat like I get in all the other locations that I've ever been to. Here they give you half a scoop and tell you pay extra for more. The womens name is Gabby also turns out to be the manager helping me. She lied out loud to embarrass me to everyone and to her coworkers speaking in Spanish that "She does this every time here" with a bad tone. I remember the last managers face. He was nice and friendly I never had a problem with the food ever.
The reason why I stopped coming here was because of her demeanor towards me from the last time. Many months ago. Yes I did mention the poor scoop and it was once the last time I was here many months ago. I didn't miss the food that much to want to come back to accept any bad customer service from anybody.
