Unsatisfactory Order/Unacceptable and Disappointing Service
I am writing review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order from your establishment. What your staff summoned as service was nothing short of disgraceful incompetence. I ordered specific items and what arrived was a mockery of those requests - as if my exact order was just a loose suggestion.
I ordered two adequately filled burritos and a burrito bowl, yet ended up with three half-filled burrito bowls that appeared as if they had been raided before arrival. It was as tempting as a three-legged race in a minefield. The ratio of filling to air within those bowls was pitiful and insulting.
To compound this obscenity, one of my burritos was supposed to have double the portion of Carnitas. They say the devil is in the details, and by that logic, this order must have been Hell-sent because what I got was dominated by white rice with about a barely seen, measly tablespoon of Carnitas. The audacity to treat a double Carnitas order as a garnish to a bed of rice is down right reprehensible.
I'm unsure whether your kitchen staff regards an individual order as a puzzle or a point of humor, but whatever the case, this blatant disregard for accuracy and respect for the customer's requests has left me peeved and provoked.
As a loyal customer, I have the reasonable expectation that the competence of your staff should at least match the price on your menu. I trust and hope you find this feedback of some use because as it stands, my experience left the kind of taste that even your most flavorful salsa can't wash away.

I purchased a med drink, 3 steak tacos w/cheese and light sour cream only, large chips and large guacamole and paid $20 and some change. Tonight I went in there purchased, 3 steak tacos w/cheese light sour cream, SMALL chips, large guacamole and SMALL drink and paid $23. And some change. I explained this to the girl with poofy hair. She looked at me like I was bothering her and says, “what would you like me to do about it ma’am?” Hands me the receipt and says does everything on the receipt look right? If she had 2 brain cells to rub together and get a spark she would have went over the receipt with me and explained or would have shown some sort of interest. Instead she held onto the broom she was holding and once again said, “what would you like me to do ma’am?” HORRIBLE customer service. I was so irritated at her lack of care, her brush off customer service that I responded with, “I guess I don’t want you to do a thing, I wouldn’t want you to hurt yourself helping me” Her response was, “OK”. I was taken aback by her horrible attitude and customer service as she stood there just staring at me and her unwillingness to help. Read moreI've been eating Chipotle regularly for about 10 years now. I eat Chipotle 1-3 times per week. And the Tracy location is the WORST location I've ever eaten at. When the Tracy Chipotle opened a few years ago, we were all very excited. However something has happened in the last year or so. I would like to start off by saying that this review is not a reflection of the employees, who are all amazing. Rather, this is a comment on the management, who seem to have abandoned this location, and left the employees to fend for themselves. You will find the absolute LONGEST wait times at this location. There is often only one or two people working the front, and the line goes out the door. They have been chronically understaffed for months, if not years, and I would blame this soley on incompetent management that can't seem to foster an enviroment to retain team members. Also, in the last few months, the quality of the chips has become horrid. They are either always burned, or stale. Again, I do not blame the employees.
