Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Troy

Very recently we ordered for a delivery and have been regular customers for a very long time. That is now over due to our poor experience which was January 14th. We ordered lots of wings. On the corner of one box inside we found a small cobweb with a dead balled up spider inside, gross. If it were alive it could have gotten into our food. Immediately we alert the restaurant and a young man claiming to be the manager went out of his way to be rude shrewd and hateful. Wow, we were shocked at his rudeness and being short with us. It costs a lot to get delivery these days so didn't expect this. Obviously whoever supposed to inspect boxes did a poor job. We decline to do any further business with such. We requested to have owner call us but a young girl kept saying they don't do that. So we will keep the photo and everything. We have another bad experience in 2022 but we got it resolved through owner. Then last year it was an issue with card which owner apologized for employee. But things have happened now too often. My parents are both in the restaurant operations business so I know this treatment and poor handling is irresponsible and uncalled for. Also we have ordered lots of philly cheese steak subs over and over. They are good but...

I ordered our dinner around 530pm. Feb 29th,2024 It got here little after 630pm. First off the driver gave us the wrong food, we questioned him about it and he had our food in a different bag and corrected that. When we got our order, we got medium pizza with half sausage, ex cheese, pep, banana peppers. 2 sandwiches, a philly steak and a meditarrean veg with provolone, vet, banana peppers, ex cheese and tomato. We started to eat our pizza first then I ate some cheese bread. I opened my sandwich and began to eat one half and got to the middle and the veta cheese wasn't melted and it was cold. Granite my other half was still warm. I didn't bite into. I called to complain and I was asked why I waited so long to call . I said because I was eating my other food first. She said they find it hard to believe my food was cold. I told her I will send u a picture and show proof she said no and pretty much called me liar. I will never ever order from you...

Update - the manager of this location is terribly rude - instead of helping me with the issue at hand he told me he was very thankful I wrote a review before giving the location a chance to correct my order - also he scolded me for not eating the pizza until later at night (before the store closed) Ridiculous joke in the name of customer service.

We ordered a large hand tossed 4 topping pizza and pasta, the pasta was fine, but there was surely something wrong with the crust of the pizza, as you can see in the images, it was as thin as a thin crust pizza would be :( unfortunately we got to eating the pizza after the store had closed so I could not contact them about it. I’m really disappointed, I let it slide when my lava cakes were deflated and wonky last time I ordered from this location but I would appreciate if the store could do something...
