I've ordered food 2 times from here and the 1st time it too 45 minutes. Just a bit ago it took over an hour because they don't check their tickets. Then I was told a couple of minutes. That led into 35 more minutes of waiting after I had ordered more than 30 minutes beforehand online. Then they gave me the wrong food and when I checked it they told me I ruined someone else's food because I opened it and stuck a fork in it to confirm it was my order (which it wasn't). Then! instead of any kindness I was yelled at for asking for a refund after I spent my whole lunch break waiting there. I will never return to this place. The food is good but its not worth the wait or the atrocious customer service I just experienced. I can't even get a refund unless I call and it was the manager in the first place who fought with me.

Response to owner I don't know what your manager told you. But he clearly set the food down in front of me that was meant for me and I asked where the Gyoza was and he didn't know so I just checked the rest of the meal. Also, I offered to pay for the meal I checked! I hope he told you that as well! He did not ask for any information. I told him I paid ahead. This is all ridiculous. Who ever I dealt with today is a not telling you that in the end the customer service was so bad and untimely that it can't be relied upon. As for the lunch rush. I had ordered 30 minutes ahead and I was the only one in the store when I got there. There is simply no excuse for the waste of time and energy that was spent trying to figure out my order. Bottom line- I ordered food at 11:30, I didn't get it until 12:35. My lunch time was wasted and none of your staff knew what my order was and I ended up getting yelled at by your manager because I checked to make sure my food was correct (which it wasn't) and when I asked for a refund, I was shamed for what had happened. Edit: No, I did not change my order multiple times. I knew what I wanted from the start- a Steak and Chicken Combo meal, and what I got was what I ordered. Doesn’t change the fact that what I had tasted bland.
Most if not everything was bland. Steak was tough. Rice was also overcooked and starchy (as an Asian myself, how does one overcook rice??). Chicken not juicy, and the Noodles were meh. Lack of seasoning was apparent.
Not to mention I waited almost 25 minutes for my food. Just saying, definitely not worth the wait.
Also- excusing yourselves for being too salty most of the time isn’t a compelling argument for why your food shouldn't be judged too harshly on how bland it is. It only highlights another fault you folks have...

We ordered crab Rangoon, a side of habachi salmon, and 2 create your own sushi burritos. Everything was delicious!!
If I could offer constructive feedback it would be 2 things: 1. It was difficult to identify the sauces in the side. It would be helpful to label what each cup of sauce contains. 2. The sushi burritos were very messy to eat. My husband and I ended up deconstructing them into bowls (which we thoroughly enjoyed)! Next time we’d skip the burritos and go for bowls instead 😊
