4/25. Ordered few items after a while. Fried rice, kothu Porotta and lollipop came out decent. Gongura chicken went bad but offered credit at front desk. Not sure we can use it or not. Charging more for credit card or giving discount for cash still there. Not carried cash so end paying more with card 😩

Had a chat with restaurant manager . He had explained what went wrong on memorial day and confirmed service improvements. Updating rating and comments to support local business. we will order again and update 😋

May2023 We are regular customer for a while . Few things noticed lately and changing to 3 stars and will change it back once see the response and progress Carry out packing has to improve . For $83 items all squeezed into one plastic bag. Curries spill and could have avoided with good packing . Call and share the photos to front desk but no response Quantity of the meat was less as it looks like lot of party order and kitchen was hurry.

Dec 22 All good but chef need to check the Kothuporotta . It cook like mixed vegetables fried and almost no Porotta. You can see the photo. It’s good if chef can check actually how to make yummy kothuporotta😋 Aug 22 AMBIENCE & CLEANLINESS 👍 - Not top of the line but decently maintained LOCATION 👍 Right in Rochester Rd and bigbeaver teoy QUALITY OF THE FOOD- 👍 we ordered chicken majestic, chicken fried rice, chicken curry and Naan . VALUE for MONEY👍 Not pricey and priced it good. SERVICE 👎🏿 server can smile 😩 service was ok but can improve but it's typical for many Indian restaurant.

Had to wait 5 min to get the menu, after 20 min receptionist came to take appetizers order. Got the food after another 20-25min. After that, we was waiting for almost half to to give our main course order, but it seem like receptionist doesnt carr about the dine in customers. He was keep taking call order while there was customers who was waiting inside to give their order. After long wait had to go to him to give my order. Then he said he will come to us in 2 min( sound good). He took the order. Got our food after another half hr. We ordered a hydrabadi lamb biriyani but i guess we got some white rice mix with bit of yellow color and inside it some dry old bland lamb. Whatever, we ordered 2 extra butter naan since we had some curry left but it been 15 min still there wasnt any naan in our table. So at the end we had to leave instead of waiting another half hr just for 2 naan.

They open at 5:30pm for dinner, however their door was locked and lights were out at 5:40pm. I called and they came to the door to let me in. The waiter served all the other customers that came in after me, then after he came to my table, I never saw him again! In fact I never saw anyone again. I had to get up to grab myself more napkins, raise my hand and voice for more water and for our bill. The food is good, that's why the 3 stars, but the service is horrible or even non-existent, not to mention my food did not all arrive at the same time, our Chicken Biryani (with bones, however good, he never offered a boneless option even though there is one) came 15 minutes after our other dishes. There is very loud Pop music coming from the kitchen which makes me wonder what the cooks are really focused on. I will give them another try, but anything similar and that will be the last time. The food is not so good that it is worth being neglected for, and not the best...
