Taco Bell — Restaurant in Troy

In my personal opinion you really never know what kind of experience you're going to get when it comes to fast food establishments—in this particular case it was surprisingly great.

I've only ever visited the drive thru here so per usual, I cannot speak on anything regarding things that do not involve the drive thru. I mostly find myself wanting to write this review for one particular reason—that reason being that I found myself having the pleasure of dealing with some of the most friendly and inviting Taco Bell employees that I have ever come across at any Taco Bell location (or fast food restaurant in general) and I am no stranger to visiting Taco Bell's—I mean come on let's be honest here, who doesn't love tacos?

Not only were the employees awesome here, my order was 100% correct and spot on, along with it being hot and fresh. I'm sure I am not the only one who has had an excellent experience here, so I am assuming that if you stop in here during typical lunch or dinner hours it might get quite busy and you will most likely find yourself having to wait (this location is also in a very busy area in general)—and aforementioned if you're looking for an overall great fast food experience which includes friendly, efficient employees and hot fresh food then you just might find the wait to...

Worst customer service ever I have always came to this Taco Bell because I work so close and so convenient, and usually everyone there is so nice but there was a tall male yelling at me because I asked for a freeze drink and asked them to mix the flavors.Which keep in mind I always ask for the same drink all the time and never had a problem with it before. He’s yelling saying “I don’t give out money for free, your getting three flavors for one price” I’m sorry I didn’t know you adding a little of each flavor is loosing money it’s not like I asking for three different cups of each flavor and getting three drinks for one price! And honestly it’s not the fact that he said they don’t do that it’s the fact that he came to the window to yell at me for it. That’s not a way to yell at a paying client. There is an easier way and nicer way to say that they can’t do that. I do not appreciate getting yelled at I do not appreciate being told what to do when clearly I’ve been doing this for years and not once have someone told me I couldn’t. Taco bell is known for being felony friendly just like many other Fast food restaurant. I worked for the location in Keego Harbor. Unfortunately not all AREA COACHES & RGMS feel the same way. After the Rgm already hiring me & giving me a work schedule I meet with the area coach kevin 2 days later. We sit down & they ask me questions while I'm filling out paperwork. The RGM PASSES me a background check form. Because I applied as management. No problem I let them know just like I did once before I do have a record. Before anything else was said Kevin the area coach turned up his nose & was like well what is it. I replied & the look on his face was enough. I could tell, they no longer wanted me on their team. He simply replied of we won't expect those. The RGM looked at me as I was just a weird science project after that. He took the background check form back. I never in all my life felt so belittled. I simply put a smile on my face & said okay thank you. It was completely embarrassing & completely inappropriate on kevins part.
