Disappointing Experience at Tim Hortons, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Tim Hortons location. The service I encountered was unprofessional and far below expectations. I intend to escalate this matter to the corporate office or the district manager.
During my visit I spent 28 minutes waiting in the drive-through line for a small coffee. When I inquired about the delay at the window the Manager informed me that they had a large quantity of food on the grill. It is concerning that despite the manager knowledge of this there was no effort made to prioritize customers waiting for simple orders leading to an unacceptable wait time. All they had to do was have the customer pull to the side in a parking spot while her food cooks and continue serving other customers in line.
By the time I received my coffee, it was cold. This experience was thoroughly disappointing and it is evident that management is not addressing these issues as the establishment appears neglected.

Sassy girl taking our orders was extremely unhelpful when we were asking questions regarding a drink we wanted to order. Never gave us any answers so we just picked what we thought would be best. Then we pull up the to window and the skinny brown haired gentleman with the mustache was extremely rude. No hello. Not even a “your total is bla bla bla” threw my husbands card back at him, almost spilled both of our drinks and then THREW OUR BAG of food at my husband and shut the drive thru window. Not a nice day or nothing. I apologize that we inconvenienced the both of you from doing your jobs… but please don’t throw our food at us and give us an attitude over it. Read moreWent here around 1pm on 11/18. There were no other customers in the store or in the drive-thru. Two workers by the drive-thru window were distracted by their conversation, while a 3rd one was sitting on the counter at the other end of the restaurant (she was on her phone). After what seemed like 5 minutes, I cleared my throat, and the phone obsessed cashier walked over to greet me.
Once I got my coffee, I sat in the restaurant. It had not been cleaned in a while as crumbs and napkins were on the tables and floor.
The coffee was good, but service and facility were below average.
Update: To the Tim Hortons owner...everything you need to take action is included in my initial review above. Forcing me to call or email you is redundant. I share this so you can fix your employee problem. Not looking for...
