I had what can only be described as the most horrific experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant on 1/25 at your restaurant, and that's saying something, because I have found a fingernail in my food elsewhere and this tops that. NEVER have I EVER encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism. I ordered a mobile order on the way home from work, so that I could quickly drive-through the drive-through without having to waste time ordering or processing a payment method. I have done this many times, and it saves a little time every visit. When I arrived Monday to the drive-through ordering station, I informed them I had a mobile order for Chelsea and I was told that all online orders were now being picked up at the side door. I explained that I ordered on the app and just wanted to pick up my food at the window as always. They told me they would not be handing my food out the window, that the rule had changed. I told them that I was unaware of the change and I wouldn't have used the app if I knew it was going to add this extra inconvenience; I use the app to save me time. I asked that they please just give me my food out the window this time. It was in the mid 20's that day, windy, and absolutely freezing. I find it completely absurd that I was being required to drive past the food window, around the building, to park my car, turn it off, lock it, touch a door that had not just been sanitized, walk inside the building, grab my food, touch another unsanitized door, go back out to my car, unlock it, start it back up, and then finally be on my way just because of someone's stubbornness to follow a new rule. I was not asking for unreasonable service accommodations, I was just asking for the same service I was provided 2 weeks prior. I respect the rule change, but since I was not informed prior to completing my order I don't find it inappropriate to ask they still give me my food and for future orders I need to follow the new rules now that I am informed. I then asked for my order to be voided and they told me I had to call the 1-800 number to do that, and I wasn't going to deal with that time suck and farther inconvenience. They told me they were going to call the police, because at this point there were several cars lined up behind me and I said I would not come inside for my food and would leave when they provided it to me out the window since they wouldn't give me my money back and they still declined. So I sat and waited for the police to arrive, as 6 cars piled up behind me in the drive-through. I called the building and asked to speak to the manager. I reiterated that I did not want to pull around and come inside, I just wanted my food out the window and next time I wouldn't use the app. I explained that I am immune compromised and don't go inside public places and the manager snarkily said "oh so you would rather me put my hands all over your food and lean out at you at the window?" I said yes, and in the nastiest tone she agreed to give me my food out the window this once but never again. I took my food and left. When I looked inside the window there were giggles and smiles and it was apparently quite comical to everyone working. I can't believe the childishness I encountered and the opposite of customer service. My request was not inappropriate or irrational. My boyfriend gets us food here 3-5x a week, and I never want to go back. I feel so utterly disrespected and...

I came here a few weeks ago and decided to get the walnut shrimp as one of my entrees. There wasn’t much left about 5-6 pieces left in their dish and for paying a premium for shrimp, talk about stingy! The person who was serving me left one piece of shrimp left on the dish. I didn’t think much about it until I got my other entree which was the Beijing beef and again I get only a few pieces compared to all other Panda Express restaurants I’ve been to. I decided to give this place a try again today and to my surprise, I asked if I could get half chow mein and half fried rice and they had a weighing scale next to the dishes and they weighed my rice and chow main! You just can’t make this thing up and I’m sure plenty of people can say the same thing. DO NOT COME HERE and expect to get a decent amount of food. Their portions of food they serve you is so small it’s embarrassing. Take your money to a different location or go to an actual Chinese restaurant and get your...

After going here just about once a week for the last few months, I can say I'm addicted. 😅 Food is delicious, but make sure you are very particular when ordering food. Especially with the young staff. Usually when you scan your rewards profile at the register they specifically ask if you want to use any points on any specific rewards, the young man named Brett automatically took out my hard-earned rewards that I've been saving up WITHOUT letting me know and just said I didn't need to pay. When I confronted him about it, all he said was, "You still have a lot of points left," and then "you didn't tell me you wanted to save points." And then he walked away. Not even an apology? Or a compromise? I really love the food, but bad customer service can really turn me off from a place entirely no matter how good the food is. If you go here, my advice is to not scan at the register. You might as well scan the receipts...

It's been a bit since I ate Panda Express. The lo mein was reeeeally "al-dente" but I guess that's better than squishy. Ordered honey-sesame, black pepper, sweet fire (all chicken entrees) on one meal and then blackened angus steak, orange chicken, mushroom chicken on the second meal. Of the six, orange chicken was tops, honey-sesame and black pepper chicken as close second, with the angus and the mushroom chicken both being kind of 'Blah'. Didn't get any of the sweet fire chicken before it was devoured, so I assume it was tasty enough. Overall it wasn't a bad meal, it's just that McDonald's of chinese food (?) if you know what I mean 🤷🏾‍♀️

Ridiculously small portions! New to the US and always heard Panda Express gives you more food than you ask for! This experience was opposite and they gave 4 lousy shrimp pieces which already has a $ premium attached to it. I had to ask for more shrimps which got charged an extra premium. Angus beef was whatever and, again, with a $1.25 premium for which you get 4-5 small beef pieces and a large chunks of broccolis. Tiny portion of kung pao chicken. Literally felt ripped off for the price I paid for fast food. Clean store and friendly, quick staff.

One of the stranger fast food places—food quality varies wildly and is ultimately dependent on who is cooking that day. Portion and value depend on who serves you. That is, you’ll be paying the same amount for either a light plate with all veggies and no meat, or a dense meal that you’ll probably save for the next day! Every day is a gamble! A cheaper and tastier alternative is a small Asian restaurant, not a big company. But you could always get lucky…
