Iāve been going to this location for a few years now and have absolutely loved it until now. I have a small business in which I tend to use a lot of epoxy. I try to keep it in stock. I purchased some epoxy maybe two weeks ago. I grabbed it from the section I normally get and went about my day. I went to use my epoxy early yesterday morning and realized it was the wrong one. No big deal, error is definitely my fault. I do an online purchase for the correct epoxy so Can go straight into the store get and leave. I ordered my epoxy before the store opened (7am) and never received an email saying that my order had been picked. I called the store at 1pm and was told to call back in a few hours which I did still nothing. I told the staff I needed my item immediately so I was told to just come to the store. I pick it up, go home look in the bag. Itās the wrong epoxy AGAIN. I call to speak with a manager and was immediately told the item I wanted was actually out of stock. If that was already known why was I given the an item I didnāt purchase! Fast forwarding to today. Even though yesterdayās online service was HORRIBLE I decided to give it another try seeing that I work a 10 hour shift my order of 3 items should definitely be ready when I get off. I just called. Do you think my order is ready??? Smh. This place is a joke now. Donāt know if theyāre under new management or something but Iām not happy with them anymore. Iāll be shopping at another location...

Fiona's demeanor was cold as the interaction started. I put in my phone number and afterwards my husband showed me he had a coupon from his email for $5 off. She attempted to scan it, then stating we couldn't use it because it was under another number. Totally understandable.. I asked if I could change the number to which she replied "there's nothing I can do now". I asked if she would be able to void the transaction (of a few candles) so I could put my husband's number in and utilize the coupon. She replied sternly "fine" then aggressively grabbing the candles & scanning my coupon. She loudly sighed many times during this interaction and we were visibly uncomfortable with how we were being treated. There was a 2nd cashier but she was taking phone calls from people too lazy to come to the store themselves to see if they had an item . This cashier, instead of putting people on hold or telling them it was too busy in the store, left the checkout counter several times to go find items for the people on the phone. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU BEFORE CUSTOMERS ON THE PHONE! Twenty people were in line waiting to GIVE YOU MONEY, yet you thought the person on the phone, who may or may NOT come to your store, was more important. I was also told I could only pay for a gift card with cash. WTF? The next day I went to the Michael's at Rochester and Avon - 4 registers open, no waiting, AND I could use my debit card to pay for a gift card. I will NEVER go to the Troy...
