Do not shop here if you want a store to stand by their products. I bought a 1/4 zip for $95 and after wearing it once the stitching on the left arm just fell apart and there’s now a hole. I called in to do an exchange, not ask for a refund, and the staff was extremely rude. He said “there’s nothing I can do i just work here.” I asked to speak to someone else who may be able to help and then he started arguing with me before handing me off to a colleague who then hung up on me. i would call it just ok. I tried on 4 different shirts all marked the same size and they all fit VERY differently. next, the store has a lot of merchandise you can not reach nor access so you have to wait for help. next, I feel like the prices are pretty high for what i would call average quality clothing , for the most part. lastly, and this is for sure within their control, the fitting room area is mostly used like a messy storage room and they only allow the use of 1 of the 3 fitting rooms they have. that does not make...
