Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Tualatin

I wish that I can give this restaurant zero stars but that’s not possible. I went to the drive-through around 9 o’clock I was coming back from an event and thought I’d really like a Carl’s Jr. burger. First person taking my order was very rude and I said at the window waiting for my order, I noticed a young man coming in behind the The cash register with a plunger in his hand. The young lady came to the window and told me that she was sorry for the wait but they were short staffed. As I was standing there I know this is heavyset dark-haired young men who just finished cleaning the toilets begin to wave the plunger around jokingly of him and the young lady were laughing and talking. I can only hear partly of the conversation about how bad the bathrooms were I was mortified I could not believe that he had come from a public restroom standing behind the registers where they were packing the food holding this plunger and acting as if he was flinching it at the girl it was disgusting and I sanitized the young lady noticed that I was watching them I honestly started filming them but my camera was fuzzy as soon as she noticed that I was filming then she walked over to the drive-through window to say oh he’s just joking around the plunger is not dirty!!! She went back to grab my food told the young man where he quickly removed himself from the situation when she came back to the window I said keep the food and give me back my money!!! That was disgusting unsanitary I don’t know if that plunger was clean or not I heard him talking about how bad the bathrooms were and he comes behind the register where the food is in jokingly act like he’s flinching it at you that is disgusting give me back my money and where is the manager. She gave me back my money and then told me that she was a manager needless to say I did not believe her I honestly wish I could post this picture because everyone would not go back to that disgusting Carl’s Jr. restaurant in Tualatin again it’s gross the staff were unprofessional and it’s seriously a health hazard...

A lady approached the counter, expressing dissatisfaction with the size of the meat in her sandwich. Though the complaint seemed rather absurd, the manager listened attentively and addressed the situation with kindness and respect, ensuring the customer left feeling heard and valued.

This Carls Jr. branch truly understands the importance of excellent customer service and maintaining a positive environment, despite the challenges that come with working in the fast-food industry. Made a large order for a group of friends and myself. I was expecting it to be somewhat complicated and as someone who has worked in fast food before I knew it would cause a delay. I was very impressed with how Joseph handled my order himself and made me and my friends feel very welcome. He got the order out quickly and effortlessly. I expected his performance thinking he was a manager but came to find out that he was a shift lead. If this is how he handles business then there needs to be 10 more of him! 10/10 would come back to visit just for his service and friendly approach.
