This is hands-down the worst Dutch I've ever been to. And I don't say that lightly because I've been a loyal Dutch supporter for years and anytime there was ever a problem with my drink, they were more than happy to make it right. Until now. I recently had to relocate to this area because of my job and needless to say, my first experience at this Dutch was not a good one. I sat in a long line (as one tends to do for great coffee) and ordered my go-to drink, a blended Golden Eagle with no whip. Nothing special or out of the ordinary. As I'm pulling away I realized something wasn't right. It was way too light and had no taste. So I turned around and waited in another long line to get a replacement. The 2nd attempt was still off, but I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to go back and wait in another long line for a 3rd time as I still needed to stop and grab some food. So on my lunch break the next day, I went back and explained the situation. I was told by a very monotone male employee that he wasn't going to replace it because I didn't have the other drink with me. 😶 Now it's true I didn't have it with me, but that's only because I'm not going to leave a full melted coffee milkshake in my cupholder to slosh about while I'm driving around. Regardless, I've never been to a Dutch and told they wouldn't make it right, even it was the next day. These coffees are getting too expensive to be paying for something you can't even drink. Very poor customer service and I will not be going back to this particular Dutch. I'll be glad when my assignment here is over and I can get back home to my Dutch where they know how to...
Read moreI usually always appreciate the upbeat atmosphere, and everyone is always friendly..however my recent visit was a little frustrating. We got to the drive-through line, and care in front of us was ordering. Seemed to be taking time to order, which is whatever, but then she started chatting longer after. Maybe she knew them, so I guess it's fine. After taking my order, we sat for maybe 7 minutes waiting for the car in front of us to go. But 2 employees are just talking and laughing away after giving them their drinks. Then they handed them some rubber ducks from the day before, they had leftovers they were just giving out. I thought great, I'll get some for the kids. So we got to the window and her whole demeanor changed. She wasn't as friendly, kind of rushed to give us our drinks and said okay have a nice day. didn't even offer us any ducks, so I'm like well can we get some ducks too if you're just handing them out still and she was kind of like oh okay, sure. Just bad vibes, and if you're going to be treating one customer so great and super friendly, treat the next customer the same. Jist ick feelings seeing someone else get...
Read moreMy experience is always pleasant when I go to Dutch Bro's. Today I really needed some coffee, as I have been bed ridden for a couple day's due to medical issues, so I really needed the energy to be able to accomplish my studying. As I ordered my drink and waited to pay, I realized I didn't have my debit cards, my husband had taken them the day prior to go run some of my errands for me. I was so concerned and embarrassed by this and the fact that I couldn't pay for my drink. The girl at the window gave me the drink for free and assured me that we all have these type of days and that it was on her today. I was so thankful and grateful for the service I received from her, I wish I had gotten her name. She deserves to be recognized for her kindness and great customer service. This is not the only reason I am writing this review. Dutch Bro's has always taken care of me, even if they were busy and happened to make my drink wrong, they are always eager and happy to make me a new one. That's the amazing customer experience I have everytime I go to a...
