They damaged a ring during resizing and then wanted to charge 5x the cost of the resize to REPAIR THE DAMAGE THEY DID. Terrible customer service. Absolutely avoid them at all costs
UPDATE corporate reached out to the store manager who reached out to me. He was the one I had originally dealt with. He invited me to bring the ring back in. Turns out that it was not damaged the way the previous salesperson said and could be resized. If you do go here, talk to Steve. He’s an absolutely fantastic salesperson and wonderful to work with. Read moreGot a watch as a gift that was purchased at Fred Meyer. They would not exchange it for anything, so I am stuck with a watch I dont need. They will only exchange it with a receipt. Its in the original box and still has tags on it, but no budging on there policy. Online they list a policy that is quite different but they will not do any exchanges with out the receipt. I wasnt asking for cash back or anything out of the ordinary, just to exchange the watch for something I could use. I have worked in retail before and returned items to many other stores without a receipt. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a jeweler....

So I went hoping to get my watch fixed and the gentleman tried to install a screw but said he couldn't. He removed my new battery and installed a different battery which he said was the correct one. He said "it's all fixed" but when I got home it had stopped. I believe it was the wrong battery and when I tried to return it I only got 1/3 of my money back, the battery cost only.
