Pho Tai was good but in comparison to Pho 60 Cafe, Tay Do, or Thien Phat, nothing really stood out with this pho for me.
I liked the grilled pork spring rolls.
The overall experience is impaired by the food court style setup which isn't a fault of the business but does impact my decision to choose eating pho here versus somewhere else. I dined in but you receive takeout dinnerware similar to the other spots here. This includes minor aspects such as eating hot liquid out of a thin plastic takeout bowl with takeout utensils. The price is slightly lower but I think overall the content, particularly the meat is significantly less than what I receive from Pho 60 (my usual spot these days) in their 13.95 Pho Large. Also the lack of the condiments such as chili sauce or a big bottle of Sriracha is also affected by the takeout setup.
I think overall it is okay but if small details of comparison make enough of a difference for you to choose other spots, you may not decide to come back.
I'd suggest switching to reusable dinnerware and utensils and having bottles of condiments available, at the very least Sriracha bottles.
I would also think at least couple more thin slices of the beef in the Pho Tai would help. Raise prices by a dollar for a large bowl and offer a small bowl if needed so people can opt for more food and meat and others...
Read moreThere are many Vietnamese restaurants near them but so far they are the WORST ever try.
Pho is very GREASY and broth is eh…(Tried both dine in and to go and grease was all over the container and lids). . I guess they think they are upscale pho place. Price is similar To large size pho at other pho restaurant but the portion is the smallest I have ever seen. You have to get extra noodle to make it close to regular size pho…
Also tried Banh mi…. Geez pork belly has no flavor smelly and if you don’t know banh mi and don’t know what it looks like, don’t make it to go because they put all veggies and all condiment aside… but even with all in there, it was flavorless and other restaurant banh mi is CHEAP and FLAVORFUL and definitely NOT SMELLY.
Other review says good but seems like they are related...

The food is simply outstanding. The Shrimp Spring Rolls are a must-try—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly rolled. The Banh Mi is a delightful blend of textures and tastes, with just the right amount of crunch and zest. And the Pho? It’s the star of the show—rich broth, tender meat, and aromatic herbs that create a comforting, satisfying bowl.
If you’re looking for a place that combines top-notch service with incredible food, Pho The Spot is the place to be! Highly recommended! I wish we had taken photos, but the food was so well presented that we couldn’t...
