I placed an order through the app. It estimated that the order would be ready by 6:50. I arrived at 7:10 and approached the pickup area. The associate could not tell me if my order was ready but proceeded to help other guests without providing any feedback. I interrupted and asked if it was ready since it was already more than 10 mins after it was supposedly ready. They then told me that the other associate was packing it now. That turned out to not be the case. I stood there S 5 or more others paid for their orders before asking again if it was ready. Then I was told that they were waiting on other item to be ready. I sat down and waited 20 more minutes. After seeing another 10 or more customers check out I was a giro and again approached the pickup area demanding to know what the status was since the item they told me they were waiting on was clearly available. I saw the manager and asked what the hood up was. He seemed just as clueless as the rest of the staff. Then said they were finishing the order and it would only be a few more minutes. He also offered some free egg rolls for my inconvenience. The food I was given had been packed up for more than 30 minutes getting cold waiting on the final item. All told it took more than 1 hour from the time I placed my order on the app for the time I left the restaurant. What a waste of time...
Read moreI was at this restaurant earlier today and it was for sure packed, no doubt. As I ordered my food, I noticed that the rice was undercooked, simply by looking at it. I mentioned this to my partner and he told me we should try it in the car. He agreed, indeed, that the rice was under cooked. I go in and ask the manager if I could get other fried rice because of what I was dealing with, he said there was a wait and if I wanted noodles (which had too many vegetables and looked overly greasy, not even my son wanted it) or steamed rice, I didn't want either I wanted fried rice. He said there would be a wait which was not an issue. I tried expressing that you can tell when the rice is under cooked and pointed out key things to look for.... He did not seem pleased, nor interested in what I had to say, had very dismissive attitude, probably already frustrated from over workload, which I understand, but don't let that reflect on your professionalism. Everyone else was accommodating and respectful 🩷 keep up the work and be sure to put your love into the food.... Read moreI just left this location and I’m totally pissed at the attitudes and service that I just received. I came in and ordered the Bigger Plate like I usually do at various locations all over Atlanta. One of my entrees was the new Firecracker shrimp. The Indian guy making the plate who identified himself as Lockman pick out six small shrimp then added a small portion of veggies. I asked him why was he doing that rather than me getting the scoop that I was paying for plus the additional up charge of $1.50 for the Firecracker shrimp.
He tried arguing me down stating that was how it’s done and I told him no it is not because this was the first time I’ve encountered such an issue. I want my money’s worth. He refused then went and stood by another worker in the kitchen and made faces and smirking at me.
