Baggin's Gourmet Sandwiches at The William Center — Restaurant in Tucson

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is some terrible service. Initially I ordered a GF chicken salad sandwich with avocado, in addition to a bowl of tomato soup.

The soup was great, however I only received half a sandwich. So I called, letting the person on duty know. To which they replied shock, because apparently the general manager made my order. Nonetheless they offered to remake my sandwich and have it delivered to me.

Of course I was grateful and excited. I’m pregnant and I’ve been craving this sandwich all day, half of one would not cut it.

When I got a chance to finally sit and eat my full sandwich, I was sorely disappointed. What I received was a sandwich sloppily made with the toothpick inside the sandwich, not poked through the top of the bread. On top of that, I was given the end piece of bread, which was placed upside down to make the sandwich… like I said, sloppy. I’ve included photos of the original sandwich and then the sloppily made replacement. You can see that in the replacement sandwich there’s no toothpick hole going through the top, and that’s because someone put it in the meat.

I find this vindictive and worrisome. In fact, I don’t feel comfortable eating the sandwich at all, because who knows what else...

Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim, Tim!!!!! 3wks new to Tucson wife saw Baggins and wanted to try it. So we did. I know nobody and Tim instantly was friendly and took the time to tell us great spots for dates and where to take kids. Even told them a cute story about a sea captain which the kids loved. So obviously that was reason Number 1 to return. Reason number 2 the pima melt. THE PIMA MELT!!!!! When one wonders what happens in the after life if you were a good person, PIMA MELTS HAPPEN WHENEVER you want them too. 40 virgin's, no virgins, get your own planet, wake to be a new being and PIMA MELTS Are the food of the after life for the good. Subway for the bad. Like 3 day old veggies that been sitting in some sort of bin with some kind ofm fluid. 'M quite sure God was like on the 7th day we shall rest and eat baggins PIMA MELTS!!!! AGAIN TIM IS THE JOHN WICK OF SANDWHICHES!! LIKE SANDWICHJUJITSO lAND BAM RIGHT TO YOUR FOOD HOLE, ALL WHILE YOU SMILE!! Tim thank you for the beginning of a beautiful friendship and food ship. Every time I order delivery they mess up my order. Its not a big deal usually, a little inconvenient but the food is always worth it. Today I decided to dine in with my children for lunch, and the older women at the register was so rude and seemed so burdened by us even being there. My children could feel her negative attitude and asked me why she was so rude when we sat down. My kids are well behaved and have great manners, we sat in our own little corner quietly and we never disturb anyone. She also over charged me and added things on that I didnt order, I got my money back for those items when i spoke to a manager. When the same cashier brought our food she just dropped it and left. It was upsetting. I love the food at baggins but i typically never get good service, the managers were also rude, no smiles from anyone except the two men who worked there. One of them even tried to offer us free cookies when he over heard my daughter ask why the woman was being mean. Ill never go to this location again, I dont appreciate being treated poorly for no...
