I ordered online for pickup. 4 sandwiches were ordered, and upon arrival, when told the food would be ready, it was not. After getting back to my house and unwrapping my sandwiches I found 3 of the 4 to be completely wrong. I paid for double meat and extra cheese in the melt version, and not only was there not extra, there was not enough meat to even cover half the sandwich (one piece of meat in one half for example) There was not extra cheese. The sandwiches were not completed as melts (there's a specific bag for cooking these in that a lot of stores aren't using but still charging melt prices incorrectly) and were not even toasted. I contacted the store and was told they couldn't do anything about it as there wasn't going to be any manager or anyone in charge till Monday. This was on a Saturday, so supposedly noone had keys or was supervising in any way while employees just let themselves in and did whatever they wanted for the whole weekend? This seems unlikely as anyone knows there's always a shift supervisor or someone in charge who has access to the "refund" button on the register. Read moreRobots yay! People boo! Went with a co-worker for lunch, we had been told of the fancy remodel and the touch screen ordering kiosk. The kiosk was lovely, easy to order and we were able to pay at the order point. Kudos! However, when we got to the window our food was shoved at us and when we found part of our order missing we were unable to get anyone to come back to the window. Being on a time limit and having several cars behind us we had to leave without our missing (but paid for) items as the drive through/parking lot is not amiable to having to run inside for forgotten items. We would've had to pull onto Tucson and make a u turn at Valencia to get back in, not happening at noon on tucson. We feel our mistake was paying at the kiosk because the staff then had no reason to interact with us besides throwing our food out of the window. I won't use this location again despite ease of ordering because the human service was so poor, perhaps robots could be brought...
