Culver’s — Restaurant in Tucson

We love to eat here. And while no place is ever perfect, the staff has insisted that I've never seen that side of Culver's. Culver's consistently serves good food at decent prices with outstanding and unyielding customer service. All restaurants serve food, but Culver's in addition to the food, delivers customer service without the lip service. Currently in addition to the required facemasks, tables are spaced apart and consistently wipe down buy a employee dedicated to that sole purpose who policing the dining room cleaning and disinfecting tables almost as fast as people finish eating. While at most places, I'm often left thinking my mere presence is somehow annoying to the staff, l feel truly valued here by my interactions with the caring staff who exhibits real customer service with everyone who walks in the door. Your always enthusiastically greeted upon entry and the customer service only gets better. I find the price of the ×3 fish plate is expensive, but l also feel I've received what I paid for. I don't mind when people raise their prices as long as they don't cut their quantity and their quality. I have never taken issue to the quantity or quality of food that I have received at Culver's. And irregardless of the price, I don't feel cheated. Eating out isn't merely about food, it is about the experience. The staff at Culver's have always insisted through their demonstrated efforts that my dining experience was a treat. And isn't that why you go there in the first place? They also display their patriotism by offering a military discount. KEEP UP THE OUTSTANDING...

I always had great feedback on this place till my last visit. Hope I don't come off as a Kevin but this was some rude service from a great place.

Bear with: Usually go inside because waiting in cars is slightly lazy imo but I went through the drive through this time because well I was dirty from working all day. No problems until after I paid for the order and pulled into the "wait section". The car in front pulled up so I pulled up a bit with some space.

After waiting for 10 minutes an employee came out so I was stoked until he went, "you need to pull forward" passing by me. I'm like ok whatever but then he stops, yells at the guy in front of me to pull up then comes back to make me move up again. He goes, "this is a drive through if you don't want to pull up you can go park in the parking lot". I grudgingly move forward until I'm practically inside the car ahead to his standard. He walks to the parking lot to give someones food then came back to give me mine which was weird but whatever.

Now I can't move at all out of the drive through zone because he has every car packed in and the person in front hasn't received their order. I told him THANKS and asked for his expert opinion on how I'm supposed to leave now to which he said "I'm just doing my job". I then sit there and finally was able to get out after a bit. Definitely will just avoid the drive...

Update; Post Pandemic… Still one of our favorite grab and go quick treats! Excellent customer service as always! It has been a couple of years since I’ve been able to get out and enjoy a treat! Of course, the only thing I was not expecting was the sticker shock! And I usually get the grilled chicken as I have so many food allergies, unfortunately I was unable to eat much of it, only ab 1/3 of the breast, I asked my Mom-in-law if her pup would be able to eat the rest? She said yes… she took the box and started trying to tear it apart and said “Wow! I am so surprised! I have never had one that was so tough!” I responded, “Yeah, me either. I was disappointed, I ate as much as I was able to tear away and that I did not have to chew overly long!” I’m not into “chicken flavored gum!” 😂 I’m sure it was a fluke… I look forward to our next outing… Original review: One of our favorite fast food places! Gluten free buns are one of the best I’ve had! The owner Kevin Hart (not the comedian/actor, LOL) has waited on us personally multiple times and is extremely nice and accommodating.
