Don’t eat at this owner’s location. The owner does not care about customer satisfaction aka disabled veteran with service dogs I visited his location in Houston texas and was told my service dog was not allowed she was clearly marked. The manager told me to leave when I explained my situation and why she is in the restaurant and that she has had 24 months of training by a outside veteran organization along my side for the Ada and passing the public access test she said she and her bosses don’t care. I do believe what she says bc this happens back in March 2021 and everyone with the company want to blow it off. One so called owner called me ans offer me a cup of coffee but then went on to discriminate more during the call. Dunkin donut want to pass it onto the owner bc there franchises it out but all involved are wrong and the contact information in the agreement and on public records will not reach anyone. So do your self a favor goto a different restaurant that not owned by these guys. Because any complaints won’t matter they don’t care but for there deep pockets. Yes it straight up is discriminating to a 100 percent disabled service connected veteran with being refuse service with is service dog for service connected disability from servicing this country.
Owner thst hard to believe since Dunkin donut hq says the company is Awale enterprise llc and they are registered at that address your donut shop is at off this review. So either someone passing the buck around you or you want to try to think denying it make you look better I don’t know what it is but either one of the two. I know no one at hq with there attorney or the so called owner want to...
Read more☕️🍩You can change your name to Dunkin but you’re still Dunkin’ Donuts to me. ❤️I love going to this Dunkin’ Donuts everything is always fresh clean delicious and the variety of donuts is awesome. Back when my kids were little every time they go to the doctor and they had to get a vaccination/shot we would take them to Dunkin’ Donuts afterwards. It worked like a champ. My kids were always hoping they would get a shot when they went to the doctor so they could go get some donuts. Whenever Someone brings in Dunkin’ Donuts to work everybody goes crazy for them and eats them all. But when they bring in Krispy Kreme ☹️they just sit there way too sweet gives you a stomachache🤢I love ❤️ the Boston cream, chocolate glazed, even the powdered jelly filled ones that leave your lips covered in sticky white powdered sugar. There’s only one donut I don’t like and that is the maple frosted just not my thing 😝but my son loves them. My wife just loves the coffee ☕️🍩at Dunkin’ Donuts and I always end up drinking half her coffee. There’s just something so comforting about going to the old-school Dunkin’ Donuts getting a coffee and some donuts just sitting there taking in all the smells and just relaxing. Makes you feel like your grandma and grandpa had life figured out because they would always go to Dunkin’ Donuts after church and just sit there for two hours drinking coffee eating donuts reading the newspaper and just relaxing. So you can call yourself Dunkin but to me you will always be Dunkin’ Donuts....
Read moreI am DONE with Dunkin'. I got a free birthday drink recently. The only limitation, according to the coupon in the app, was cooler beverages were not allowed. I ordered an "Oatmilk Iced Latte" through the app, thinking it would be faster. I also went earlier in the day, to avoid that signature been-sitting-in-the-pot-all-day burnt flavor Dunkin' coffee seems to always have. I discover that they are charging me $1 for the oat milk in a drink called an "Oatmilk Iced Latte" -- you'd think the oat milk would be included, considering it's the centerpiece of the drink. You'd be wrong. I think 'fine, it's only a dollar'. I then proceed to wait for 15 minutes to pick up a prepaid order in a drive thru line that is, rather than trying to be more efficient, is simply longer. I could have driven home and made the coffee myself - all in the same amount of time. I get to the window and the staff all look like they're afraid for their lives and I barely get a rushed "Have a nice day" from the person handing me the drink while they looked worriedly down the rest of the line behind me. To top it all off, the coffee still tasted burnt, despite the oat milk & added flavors. I'd rather go to Dutch Bros, where they know how to manage long drive thru lanes and provide customer service that actually makes you feel better about spending ridiculous amounts on flavored...
