eegee's — Restaurant in Tucson

EDIT-The customer service on 2/5/25 around 12pm from the staff on this day/time was amazing. I really appreciate that. THE ONE THING I WILL GIVE 5/5 STARS TO, ALWAYS AND FOREVER IS THE FLAVOR OF THE MONTH! (EVERY SINGLE MONTH!) IT IS AAALWAYS SO DELICIOUS & NEVER LETS ME DOWN! THE FLAVORS OF EEGEES "FLAVOR OF THE MONTH" ARE UNMATCHED & I HOPE THEY NEVER CHANGE THAT!* Came in on Aug 19th at 9:20pm in the drive-thru and am ALWAYS asked what my number is for the rewards points but the young woman helping me this night, although polite when taking my order, was rushing and when i realized she didn't ask i did tell her i nicely said i would give my number next time, she said i can scan the barcode on the bottom of my receipt. I said ok thank you. The thing is I tried to do that. My phone is able to scan barcodes and qr codes with the camera and when scanning the barcode provided on the bottom of my receipt? it did NOTHING. And the disappointing thing is, that eegee's does NOT PROVIDE a simple web address linked to your receipt so you can still get your rewards points if they were not taken at the window. SO MANY fast food places do this that they should be up to date with this. Maybe i did it wrong? But I don't really see what I can do wrong when all i'm doing is scanning the barcode, If what comes up after the barcode is provided isn't what they said it was, then there'es nothing I can do about it but make eegee's aware. I'm not upset, just disappointed and think we should get our points if we paid for our things. Other than that, the food is great the customer service is always good. Attached is what i saw and what popped up when i scanned the barcode on my receipt. Tried several times and different things, it always came back to this. Again, if i'm wrong please correct...

Updated: still waiting for my refund from my bad order. In contact with corporate still. Can’t believe people are putting 5 stars on here??? These are obviously people you know and are falsely reviewing this place.

Still scarred from the worst dining experience ever in my life.

Terrible experience between food and service. Just disgusted honestly/ this place is dirty dirty. Manager shouldn’t be a manager at this location as well. Literally complained about roaches in front of the front door of her restaurant, and she looked at me with the look:”what would you want me to do about it?”. Well, I would like you to clean it or have someone clean it so I don’t loose my appetite entering your business. My family owns 2 restaurants in Italy; I get it that the level of service is different, but - literally this place has no care for hygiene ( also, floor and counters were sticky all over the place), customer service is terrible, and food wasn’t ready as ordered, or actually good for that matter (something was off about the taste of the sandwiches, check your food), was also overcharged for the ranches as well too. Literally can’t think of a worse event that ever happened to me eating somewhere. Enjoy this review, and clean up...

Recently had a bite here since I was having repairs done at the nearby Discount Tire shop. Wanting to try to eat something healthy I checked out the salads, sadly unless you love ranch dressing in its numerous variations you gonna be out of luck. When I asked the girl behind the counter what dressing they had other then ranch she rattled off every dressing they had which oddly contained the word "RANCH" in every one of them. The worker not understanding why everyone was laughing at her, became further perplexed when I asked her in a more direct manor, "do you have any dressing that doesn't contain the word ranch in it"? to which she responded "Ketchup". Not normally one to enjoy my chef salad with ketchup I elected to instead go for the 8" meatball sandwich along with fries. The ice portion of the self serve soda bar was devoid of ice and rather then fill it with ice, the staff simply handed you a cup of ice from the drive in soda bar. While the delay in the delivery of the food was substantial, I have to say the sandwich was probably one of the best I've had in a very long time.
