Too bad I have to give any stars. Today was the first time I was in this location, while I was deciding what I wanted, I watched and heard a male manager demean and degrade a female employee IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! The female employee had made a mistake that per manager hurt the stores revenue. The male manager made sure everyone heard how he was giving the female employee a verbal warning while she was trying to finish with the customer in front of her (she did not reply to the manger while she was in front of the customer except to shake her head up or down). The female employee began to cry and walk away from the counter after she was done with the customer. The manager followed her and began to tell her, she will be getting a second write up, referred to her as a "sweet heart" and told her to go home while he was in front of waiting customers and she was in the back. Female employee raised her to voice and told manager to stop talking to her. Manger told her not to raise her voice at him and now he has a witness to her raised voice. My friend and I asked for a few minutes while we looked at the menu and the manager replied, "Fine. Let me know when you are ready." If it wasn't for the fact, I was getting lunch for my boss, I would have left and spent money some other place. The floor behind the counter was extremely dirty, I watched the manager throw a sandwich wrapper on the floor where he was walking/standing. 5720 E. Broadway, Tucson: Comical, really. They got the bread right. I was the only customer in the store at the time of this order. 3 people to make a sandwich, and charge me correctly, and they still get it wrong on a variety of levels. I had a coupon for 50% off and the girls was not able to apply the coupon after scanning twice. The mgr came over to help the girl with the coupon, took something out of his wallet, scanned that, then acted like the coupon I had was applied. The sad part is the coupon was unique to that store - even said "valid at the 5720 E. Broadway store" directly on the coupon. The crew consisted of some heavyset guy looking like the shift super/mgr, some thin teen brunette boy doing the bread/meat (copped an attitude when I asked him to put the cheese only on 1/2 of the sub), some thin brunette teen girl (cashier) - all could care less about my order. The Club had no beef on it after I specifically asked for a ham/turkey/roast beef club. The mgr began making the second half of the bread (already added mayo) before I was asked what toppings I wanted, then acted disappointed & yelled at the boy to get him another 1/2 of bread when I asked for only...

My friend and I stopped to enjoy a drink while we sorted thing that we were sorting take to store to sell and donate nearby store when an employee came out and rudely asked us to move us and our things elsewhere we did not purchase anything therefore were not customers. I pointed out that I had just bought the drinks inside, to which she replied that was nice but did not want us there. A nice lady from a neighboring smoothie shop had brought us smoothies bought by a customer hooking to helps us, as a kind gesture. A few minutes later a nother employee arrived and teamed up in predjusly labeling my friend and I making rude comments and sarcastically composing her comments with her co-workers threatening us as we better leave if we know what is good.
