Horrible experience at this location. My boyfriend and I came in for two sandwiches yesterday, and one pick up order. Firstly, I ordered the chicken bacon sandwich, whatever it’s called. I asked the lady if I could replace the chicken with turkey instead. She then asked another worker if she was able to do that and told me it wasn’t possible, but suggested a different sandwich and I honestly didn’t even understand what she was saying. So, I just told her to put no chicken and leave it at that. Then what? She put chicken on the sandwich anyways. Which is (thankfully) fine… I don’t have an allergy, but what if I did? Totally unacceptable either way. My boyfriend and I waited for at least 20-30 minutes for THREE sandwiches. The workers were very slow and did not care to speed up the process. Very frustrating. The pick up order was supposed to be done at 2:29… I asked about it at 2:41 and was told it “wasn’t ready yet.” Then, another lady came a few seconds later and picked up a sandwich that was sitting there for 10-15 minutes..! That’s not even all. As soon as we got home, my boyfriend and I had serious stomach pain… and I still do as I am writing this a day later. I am shocked that there was no supervisor there to help out, and I have sympathy for people, so maybe they were just having a bad day. But this was totally unacceptable. Worst experience I have ever had in a fast food...
Read moreI've been to the Grant Rd location 3 times. The first time was impeccable. The second time, a young man asked for my order and I ordered the Italian with no cheese. The young lady working next to him said she would make the sandwich and he asked her "did you get all of that? (My order), she replied yes. She began making my sandwich, I checked an email on my phone, only to look up and she was loading the bread with cheese. I politely said that I didn't want any cheese. She seemed agitated as if I didn't ask for that. I step away to let her to do her job. The next young man asked what toppings I wanted. I look down at the sandwich and there's only ham. I politely said, I'm sorry but I ordered the Italian. Again she seemed agitated like I was wasting her time. It's okay if she misheard me, it's the attitude of how I inconvenienced her that made me feel unwelcome.
I went back last night. 8:15 pm to be exact. They close at 9:00 pm. I understand that fast food is a tough job and you want to get a headstart on your closing duties. However when I walked in, the same young lady was cleaning the flat top grill. I stood there for 2 minutes and she didn't once acknowledge me, even after I said excuse me. So I just walked out and took my business to the Chipotle next door.
I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches and this location is closest to my home. I'll just go to another...
Read moreLife long Jersey Mikes customer. This store has horrible customer service. I will not be back to this store. I walked in to an empty store and not one employee said hello. They did not ask for my order, I had to just start telling them. I ordered three sandwiches which they immediately charged me for before even beginning to make them. I paid $54 plus tip. Then they started making my sandwiches. I asked for cheese on the $9.35 regular tuna (already overpriced) and was told they would now have to charge me for this cheese. $54 in sandwiches plus a tip and you can’t put a slice of cheese on? Meanwhile the other two sandwiches I had to ask them to put all the ingredients on that the sandwich comes with. They were finished and had left off mayonnaise and bacon. I have never had a Jersey mikes experience like this after hundreds of sandwiches. Most of the time everyone is exceptionally friendly and customer service focused. Not this store. Not these employees. I couldn’t even use my points because the guy ringing me up said “yeah, I don’t know how to do that.” What am I even tipping for?a tip is for exceptional service, not obligatory....
