Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Tucson

Let me first start by saying Jimmy Johns is one of my favorite places to eat. I went in to get a sandwich tonight And after placing my order, I was met with the dreaded tip screen. There wasn’t even an option to say no you could just choose other and put in your own tip amount. If the service is good, I will usually tip in cash after I eat so I pressed other and entered in zero dollars. When I got my sandwich, it literally had no turkey on it at all. When I went up and asked the lady working, she said she just forgot to put the turkey on? So I figured no problem. I’ll just get the side of turkey and put it on my sandwich. She gave me the smallest three slices I’ve ever seen. I paid $18 for the sandwich and chips. I think because I didn’t tip on my card she tried to Give me a sandwich with no meat. What is this...

I usually love Jimmy John’s and am a loyal customer. The last couple of times I’ve ordered Jimmy John’s, I’ve been extremely unsatisfied. This order I placed today, was the last straw. I placed an online order for delivery for a toasted sandwich. 1. It took over an hour to arrive 2. It was delivered through Uber Eats 3. It arrived at the wrong address 4. It was EXTREMELY soggy. I called the store and the lady on the phone was super kind and was quick to make and send me a new sandwich, this time delivered by one of her drivers and not soggy. I received this sandwich quicker this time but again the quality of my sandwich was terrible. Very soggy and not like the previous ones I’ve ordered. I paid $20+ for this sandwich and I think it’s time for me to move on to another...

I eat from this location ALL the time. As I write this I’m STILL waiting for my order to be delivered.. ordered about 28 minutes ago on a 30 minute lunch.. called and talked to Becca and she was rude and not sympathetic and offered no recourse for this lateness. Terrible manager and def won’t be ordering from here again.

Edit: 35 minutes after ordering driver finally arrived with a terrible attitude.she went to the wrong address and had the audacity to blame me! Tipped her $2 still and she didn’t even say thank you! I wish I could take that back as her shxtty attitude wasn’t even worth the $2. What a terrible representation of Jimmy John’s that both this driver and manager are. You can Do better...
