Good afternoon,

My name is Marcus Allen Rembert. First and foremost I would like to take the time to thank Bruce and Kayla that treated my fiancé and I very well on July 9th 2018, and the wings were amazing. However, as of today on July 11th 2018, I was treated unfairly by Server/Bartender Anne. Once I walked in the establishment after taking wonderful photos of Tucson, Arizona, I wanted to get some lunch from O’Malley’s because the food and service was amazing. As soon as I sat down, Anne approach me with a passive aggressive tone asking what did I want to drink. Usually, people greet one another, unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Moreover, I continued to show Anne with respect by being polite, but even doing so it didn’t help the cause. As I observed how Anne treated everyone else in the foundation I began to wonder was this a personal attack or unfair diservices to me? Let me add, that I was the only African-American in the institution, and everyone else was Caucasian. Throughout my time there I felt unwanted, in turn, I didn’t leave a tip for Anne. However, I did tip the cook for an superior job well done on my wings. Lastly, once I asked for my check, that’s when everything changed. In other words, “Hey can I get you a box, hope everything was great, or hope you have a great day? After I asked for my check! Clearly, you still wanted your tip but didn’t want to earn it. So I ended up tipping the grill cook $5 dollars for an excellent job, because he understood the quality of wonderful service no matter the skin tone. Again, I don’t know if Anne had an off day, but she used her condesedning...

I have never been more disgusted by bar glasses than O'malley's. Dive bars have cleaner cutlery! My group got our drinks and I noticed blood red veining on my friends drink, sure enough was lipstick print. I understand how lipstick can be a pain when there are kinds that are meant to stay on so we showed the gal serving us. She says nothing, takes the glass still taking across the bar at another customer and pours another for him. By now I'm so grossed out I'm looking at every glass we got and sadly to my fears EVERY glass we recieved was dirty like that! As much as I can be one of the guys I could not get it out of my head trying to put that drink down, so I ordered a shot. We had THREE DIFFERENT types of glasses but it didn't matter 100% of them were nasty! We didn't get any compensation or ease of mind things would get looked into. I have never served dirty dishes and then not apologized for it. I'm not sure why the glasses are so disgusting but it could be due to the fact they are plastic and not getting scrubbed or looked at. Also went to play games but those are in back and don't become available until busy weekend hours and she told us Sunday wasn't one so no connect four. Beware scooping up sand for the shuffle board as well, they haven't sifted the BROKEN GLASS pieces from the sand so watch your hands! I can't say we'll be back...

I went out there with my date yesterday. Everything was fine until we went over to play pool and there were college kid there who we introduced ourselves to. There was a couple and the girl immediately felt treatened because I was wearing a nice dress and looking very good. I spoke to the guy she was with for a split second about flagstaff because I am taking my son to the North Pole Expérience there, mine you I am 36 my date 38. We decided to play teams. My date saw here go up to the bartender and say something. I don’t know if they were friends our what. I had a couple drinks, but no where near being sloppy at all. Next thing I know, the security comes up to me and says we need to leave immediately because I was drunk. Mind you I was in heels playing pool, not slurring words and completely not drunk. I can handle my alcohol. Very dissatisfied with the way we were literally thrown out. I respectfully asked either me or my date to retrieve my vape because they were using it, as I was being nice. I was not after this girls man, they were like 20’s. My date definitely caught him looking at me and the girl not being happy about it. We ended up going down the way to a different establishment and were served without problems. This was 9/18/23 and there was a...

Food is much better than one would expect from a mildly divey bar. Drinks are too expensive (even for 4th Ave). I got the exact same drinks at bar next door for half the price and they were mixed better. If you sit at a table, you will be completely ignored. You are invisible unless seated at bar. You must get up, go to bar, yell over the others to order drinks/food. Not cool.

We practically were there the first week they opened. I think it was 1994 or 95. We found it bc the Bay Horse stopped serving Coors Banquet on tap. Haha. Wings were free for a while then 10¢ each WITH veggies! Scott and Brian were always friendly and made us feel like it was our place. Now Great place to watch sports and play pool. Scott: remember this shirt?
