Rush Bowls Tucson: Beach Vibes in Every Bite Rush Bowls Tucson brings a taste of the tropics to the desert with their delicious and refreshing smoothie bowls. I recently had the pleasure of trying their signature Beach Bowl, and it was a truly delightful experience. The Beach Bowl lives up to its name, with a vibrant purple acai base that instantly evokes images of crashing waves and sandy beaches. The creamy acai blend is made with a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness, offering a refreshing foundation for the toppings. Generous layers of granola crumble add a satisfying crunch to each bite, while the fresh strawberries provide a burst of sweetness and juicy texture. The drizzle of honey adds a touch of indulgence, without overpowering the natural flavors of the fruit. But the Beach Bowl isn't just about taste; it's packed with nutrients. Each bowl boasts up to five servings of fruits and vegetables, making it a healthy and delicious way to start your day or power through an afternoon slump. Rush Bowls also offers a wide variety of customization options, allowing you to tailor your bowl to your personal preferences. You can choose from a variety of bases, including acai, pitaya, and greens, and add toppings like protein powder, nut butters, and fresh fruits. Whether you're looking for a healthy breakfast, a refreshing snack, or a post-workout treat, Rush Bowls Tucson has something for everyone. With its delicious flavors, vibrant atmosphere, and commitment to healthy ingredients, it's no wonder why Rush Bowls has become a local favorite. Here are my key takeaways from my experience: The Beach Bowl is a perfect blend of flavor and nutrition. The creamy acai base is refreshing and delicious. The granola adds a satisfying crunch. The fresh strawberries provide a burst of sweetness. The honey drizzle adds a touch of indulgence. The Beach Bowl is packed with nutrients. Rush Bowls offers a wide variety of customization options. I highly recommend checking out Rush Bowls Tucson and trying their Beach Bowl. You won't be disappointed!

Noise level: Low considering it is in the strip mall next to A Loft on Campbell at Speedway area. Seating: There's only a handful of seating options with little space. So it's inferred that you're only going go order and leave. The offerings: "All-natural" bowls that are loaded with fruit, juices and toppings such as granola and oats. Fruits include familiar choices such as blueberries, apple and peach, along with more exotic selections based on season. Selections range from “comfort” bowls including a peach cobbler option to more exotic “enlightened” bowls, spotlighting more tropical fruits. They have smoothies that feature everything from fruit-based numbers with an orange or apple juice base, as well as those with an emphasis on other fruits. Others feature ingredients like chocolate and peanut butter. As we studied the offerings, it became clear that the differences between the bowls and the smoothies was one of ingredients; bowls carried toppings that would prove difficult to sip with a straw. Certainly, some of the add-on toppings and supplements are unambiguous in their nature. But others, particularly the supplements, are in many cases defined by functionality as opposed to ingredient. The service: Lauren took my order than another lady created these order. Both were pleasant and knowledgeable. Both had an early morning smile. My verdict: It was mediocre or maybe I just went to early in the morning. It was pretty cold, almost too cold for my taste buds. I selected power bowl with two supplements: energy and weight trim. Neither one had an excessive taste to it so I was pleased about that. It did supply me energy however I was only able to eat half of it. I will definitely return but not because it was so delicious because I really felt valued by both of the people that were working. Next time I go, I'll go later on in the day one is hotter and probably opt for a smoothie.

I enjoy this place. The staff is super friendly. The place is always clean, and they serve a very unique product. The first time I tried Rush Bowls, I ordered the Peanut Butter & Jelly bowl, which was pure awesomeness! This visit I ordered the Summit bowl, with peanut butter, and it was another good couch. I don't think you can go wrong getting anything from here. You are putting good ingredients in your body that fill you up, but don't weigh you down.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and the bowls were very good. They are definitely larger than you'd expect. I got the Spicy Bowl which was really good. It wasn't too spicy, but had just the right amount of kick. The granola was very good as well. Not too crunchy but not too soft either.

My friend had the Peanut butter and jelly bowl and said it was great as well.

There are plenty of combinations and options to please almost any taste so it's worth a shot to check out!

I'll...
