Small, cafeteria style place, staff were nice people, but the food was not at all what we were used to Chinese food to be. So perhaps their food is real Chinese food because it was pretty busy and mostly Asian people eating with appetite. Perhaps the food we eat at all other Chinese restaurants is made to "American or Non-Chinese" persons pallet because we wouldnt be able to handle real Chinese food....? I don't know... but the food was sort of plain and so much fat, too much fat to meat ratio. Too much rice to other sides ratio. There was 3 of us and we didn't even eat half of our plates. I want to know why $20 a la carte dish doesn't get me enough chicken meat for one mouthful but i do get enough chicken bones. I think it's a place where Chinese students can find Chinese cooking that reminds them of home... And it shows because while I was there eating my delicious and reasonably priced meal the only language being spoken among the owner and students was Chinese.
