Arby's — Restaurant in Tulsa

New review: We decided to give this location another shot and honestly while we were sitting in the Drive-Thru, wondering if they were all high for a second time!!! The fries were half full. My husband felt like his sandwich was smaller than it should have been. We both left unsatisfied. I got the chicken bacon swiss and it was a dang mess. We got the chicken nugget kids meal for my toddler and that was probably the best thing. The chicken was actual chunks and he really liked it. But I don't think we'll come back to this location.

Old review: My husband wanted to try the wagyu burger! The food was good and my fresh strawberry lemonade was good! The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the staff. They weren’t busy at the time but they were so slow. And they seemed sketchy like they were up to something. They almost seemed stoned. They weren’t very friendly. Didn’t even say anything when they gave us the food. It was just so weird. Maybe we should have went next door to Chi-Fil-A cuz they have good service...

I mean it's fast food. I think we all know what to expect. But Arby's has done a noticeable transition over the last few years to raise the quality of their food, their image, and their clientele. This particular visit was very satisfactory. The lady at the counter was extremely accommodating. She took our order in a polite and timely fashion. The guys in back were also friendly and expedient. My friend had muddy boots and the lady came right out to sweep up the mud. He felt bad and apologized, but she said it was fine, but the way she said it, I believe her. She was more than happy to clean it up. I got a classic roast beef, so there isn't much to say other than it was consistent with what has made the Franchise famous. So a pleasant demeanor among the staff was the highlight, and honestly made it a pleasant experience for me....

Definitely super subpar service…I ordered my food(was being talked over while trying to do so), then I get to the window and I get one bottle of water and I ask hey, I ordered a #2 and #6…should’ve gotten 2 waters right, but I was like that’s fine I still get fries so no biggie! I was asked to drive around while part of my order was still being made, no biggie….now I sit there with one person waiting in front of me for 5 mins, they leave and the employee brings my food…uhhh wrong order, like nowhere near correct! So now I wait 5 more minutes, sorry it was a mix up in the order..I feel the bag and once again wrong, only got half my order right this time and a card for a free small meal..like nah, I’m not coming back! I don’t spend my hard earned...
