An older man working there about 60 years old gave me trouble when I ordered a Reuben sandwich I asked if I could have the cheese that goes in that sandwich on the side and the guy waiting on me at the drive-through said the guy making the sandwich didn't want to do it he said he doesn't do that. And he had me pull around to the window and he wanted to argue with me at the window about this piece of cheese I said I've had this done at Arby's before more than once all they have to do is take that piece of cheese and wrap it in a side dish or you know piece of paper And he still want to argue with me and said we don't do that with this and he just sounded like it didn't make sense He wanted to keep arguing with me about this so I just said OK and I just drove on I did not order it because he could've done it that way I'm the customer and I was asking for it that way and I Was the one paying for it. Anyway I just didn't wanna argue with him anymore and so I just didn't say anything anymore and just drove away and he said goodbye in a very rude nasty way. What I did is I went to the different Arby's over there at 71st St. in Mingo and when I ordered it the same way the guy at the window said oh that's no problem when I asked if he could put the cheese that goes in the sandwich on the side. Read moreI'm sitting here at Arby's on 101st and memorial. It was a short time to get my delicious food. When I got my drink I noticed that where the ice comes out of the ice machine was super clean. I didn't know these things could get that clean. If you get the chance come to this Arby's to see how clean the ice machine is and then go to the McDonald's on 121st and memorial to see the dirty one they have that is so dirty it looks like stuff is growing on the plastic part where the ice comes out.
