Smalls Sliders — Restaurant in Tulsa

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I was really excited to try this place, but it ended up being a complete disappointment. When I arrived, I waited at the window to order but was completely ignored. Trying to be understanding, I decided to walk away and place a mobile order instead, assuming they were just busy. Right after I left the window, the workers came over to help the next person in line.

I placed my order on my phone at the same time as the person with me, who ordered the exact same thing. He received his food after about 10 minutes, but I waited over 45 minutes for mine. While waiting at the pickup window, I watched several people who had just arrived—some only 10–15 minutes earlier—get their food before me. Every time I tried to politely ask about my order, I was ignored.

Eventually, one of the workers finally acknowledged my friend and handed him my order, even though I’d been standing there the whole time asking about it. When I finally got the food to the table, it was ice cold. I went back to the window and waited about four more minutes before giving up, throwing the food away, and leaving. Not a single staff member was friendly or even tried to smile—unless they were in the back laughing with each other. They couldn’t even fake good customer service. Would give 0...

Overhyped burgers and cold fries with a drive thru line that takes longer to get through than Whataburger. If I'm wanting a burger, I will likely go elsewhere before coming to Smalls in the future.

I was skipped in the drive thru ordering line (cars that came in after me in another line were assisted before me) so I placed an online order as they didn't seem to want to take mine in drive thru. (Wish someone had said something like, "we'll be with you shortly" instead of making eye contact with me and ignoring me.) When they did come over and ask me if I'd been helped, I said I'd just ordered online since I was overlooked, and I was told I had to exit the drive thru and pick up at the window instead. Except there's nowhere to do that so I had to remain in the drive thru line even longer.

The website doesn't let you customize the sliders you're ordering in any way, which is frustrating as I'd intended to order 3 total sliders, one built each of the three ways, to better experience this new-to-me restaurant.

We were home within 10 minutes of receiving food from the pick up window. The fries were room temp, the sliders were packed sideways and needed to be repositioned so the patties were more on the bun than not before eating, and there were no napkins or a straw...

So I will say for the first day do you wanna test run! They’re actually giving everyone free sliders of your choice for free from 12 PM to 6 PM. So if you get a chance to read this right now, we most definitely will say come and try them out. They even have shakes for different selections like cookies and cream, chocolate and also vanilla. Also, they have this fire signature sauce that you’re gonna be able to dip your waffle fries which are amazing. As well as cast so that you can dip it in as well. You can also dip Your sliders in your queso as well. So if you wanna come up here, I would say be sure to check them out because this is a great place to come and down and have a food! So if you want a free meal today, be sure to come check out sliders! Were you gonna be able to get great food great service.
