I would highly recommend visiting the Hideaway Pizza in Tulsa Hills. Aside from the busyness and longer wait times because it is in Tulsa Hills Shopping Center, the food is still great and the servers are nice and polite. I love how you can watch the workers prepare the pizza and how they will bring you dough, upon request, for the children to play with. I ordered their new vegetarian pizza in a small. Not only was it absolutely delicious but it was more than enough to eat. My son had their child's pepperoni pizza and he really enjoyed it as well. We were there with a group of 8 so I was also able to sample their fried pickles, the mozzarella sticks and the fried mushrooms. All 3 appetizers were really delicious. The fried mushrooms would've been my favorite though! Not a single complaint could be made on how the food tasted. They even give you little meltaway mints when they give you a check to pay! Now I will say our server informed us the kitchen had forgotten to make my son's pizza, so I was a bit nervous with everyone else having their food and making the 5 year old wait... who had already been stating they were hungry and was doing great at patiently waiting (coloring the kids menu, playing with pizza dough, etc...) however, by the time we all got settled in, someone from the kitchen brought his pizza out. So big thanks for quickly correcting the mistake and I was glad to have been informed as it happened. Overall, the experience was great! Food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting and pleasant, and the service was nice. Even with a slight mishap, all was still right in the world. Just make sure to have an alloted scheduled time to visit as they are busy and will require some patience if you're visiting during rush hour. It is such a great family friendly spot, if you have children, don't forget to request some extra dough to play with! I do recommend visiting Hideaway Pizza in Tulsa Hills.

My first time here. I was visiting my three grandchildren and their parents for a birthday and football game. I had a choice of mexican, bar-b-que, pizza and something else I can't remember. I decided to check the online menu to see what was being offered. I went to the salads and the deal was sealed. The Greek Salad ingredients looked awesome and feta cheese is something you do not see often. When we got there and I looked at the menu closer and I chose the Sicilian. Did not go wrong. The taste was new and exhilarating. I am 71 years and have never tasted anything like it. I'm from Texas and we have plenty of pizzerias there. Unless Hideaway moves down here, I'll just have to go visit those grand kids more!

Average - *** We ordered for take-out and it was an 18 WING Traditional Wings(Buffalo and Mango Habanero), Regular Kids Cheese Pizza, Large Hand Tossed Big Country which has a hamburger topping and a small hand tossed Da Bomb with balsamic glaze, pineapple, pepperoni and salami. I was disappointed that they messed up the wings order. So we ordered half buffalo and half habanero but they made all of them habanero which was unexpected. The flavor of all pizzas were ok especially the hamburger one but I would give only 3* for giving the wrong wings...

I ordered a pizza online for family from out of town since I couldn't meet them for lunch. They wanted to dine and the restaurant since they wouldn't be able to eat it in their car. After ordering the pizza I found the restaurant to see if there will be a problem. I was told by the restaurant that that wouldn't be an issue. That was absolutely wrong! When they got to the restaurant the hostess was extremely rude to them and told them that they couldn't do that. After some time they did go ahead and seat them in a part of the restaurant where there was no other customers and told them that they couldn't have a server. They said they needed to order a drink but the hostess said that they couldn't have a server. The drinks that were ordered with the with the online order we're never refilled. They text me to let me know of all the issues they were having and I phoned and asked to speak to the manager. When I spoke to the manager I was told it was against tidal ways policy for them to have a server since their order was placed for pickup. I told the manager that I had found the store and told it wouldn't be a problem. That they were wanting to order a drink that wasn't with the order online he said they could not have a server and he would go over to see what he could do. He did actually bring them one drink that wasn't with the online order but none of the drinks were ever refilled. They had flagged down one of the servers walking past and asked if they could get a refill and the server told him he would have to speak with the manager. When they went to leave the hostess was extremely rude to them given them eye roll and being very hateful when they told her have a nice day! The customer service at this store was the worst I have ever heard of given that placing the order online you are not able to tell them that you plan to dine in. This is why a phone the store to see if it would be an issue I was told it wouldn't. The manager explained it was against the company policy because the online tip that I had left with the order actually went to curbside and not to the servers. Shame on...

Huge fan of the Hideaway pizza brand and absolutely love the food! In general, I Absolutely would rate 5stars bc I know that their service standards are much higher than what I experienced at the Tulsa Hills location. I worked at the western ave. Location in OKC as a college student and can vouch for the emphasis on excellent customer service in training of employees. Unfortunately for whatever reason, the staff I encountered (from the start) made me feel very much unwelcome. Anything we requested (ranch dressing) was met with a sigh like they were put out by doing their job. And when I knocked a ramekin off of the table by accident spilling some, 2 employees passed without acknowledging me asking for more napkins as I was cleaning up the mess. Finally a woman came with a mop and shook it at me telling me to "move" and then became annoyed at me handing her a plate containing the napkins I had used. Like I said I know it's not the standard operating procedure and the food was WONDERFUL as always but if u have children or are accident prone u may avoid this location and save yourself the frustration! 81st and Harvard is nearby and has...
