CITY VAPE & TOBACCO — Local services in Tupelo

This shop slowly became my favorite shop in town, but they lost a lot of respect today when they changed the price of an item I'd been buying for almost 3 weeks infront of my face, because of something I pointed out to them.

The story goes, I went in three days ago to buy a vape for 27.99, as I went in today and tried to get a smaller one, then I was charge the same amount. I asked how that could be. 1g vs 2g at the same price. Wanted to get the 2g that I had gotten three days before. For the price I got it for, but before I could even get it the man behind the counter changed the prices, literally took stickers off and changed, in front of me with a cold shoulder and ignored me multiple times if I could not get it for the same price. I told them I'd understand if next time the price was different, but if I had kept my mouth shut and not helped them see the discrepancy, I would have gotten an affordable vape. Instead I got embarrassed, told about someones nicotine withdrawal (?), was instructed "it is what it is" three separate times when trying to say that it was pretty a wrong situation.

Until the actual moment I mentioned the prices were off I was a grade A+ customer, the moment I opened my mouth I got a price hike and a cold shoulder. There was no real issue, but it suddenly felt like I was in a "take it or leave it" back ally-buy...

Kristin is a very charming person to talk to about all your tobacco and vaping needs. That smile never left her face. She was quick to answer all my questions. She was very helpful and I will definitely be going back again. There wasn't a question left unanswered by her. And I bet that unique beauty She has, has drown in crowds of people since her career has began there. A 20 mile radius trip would be worth the trip alone just seeing her smile. Thanks my new friend. A friend of mine had an awful experience and when she tries to call to speak to the manager the guy Matt wants to be a jerk and won’t let her!!!! Screams GUILTY of what she wants answers to!!!! If you’re the manager and you see this I hope you’ll respond!

Edit: 5 stars because my friend finally went in on a day the manager and Matt BOTH were there and as Matt cussed her and denied what the cameras revealed the manager handled the situation very well & did right by her as a customer! Very nice man & hopefully Matt...
