Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Tupelo

Our party of 4 decided to eat here after shopping. Worst mistake in choosing. Was not greeted when we walked in, had to ask where to sit. Employee was vacuuming and never saw us come in. Employee asked for our drink order, went in the back and came back out and continued to vacuum in front of us and on the side of our table. We couldn't have a conversation. She went to get our drinks which were wrong. We placed our order, a Supreme large pizza and the salad bar and chicken nuggets . Again, a mistake. Salad bar had several empty containers, had to ask for Ranch dressing, eggs, cheese and broccoli there were empty. Pizza came out in an acceptable time, but was little to be desired. Pizza was light on toppings for a supreme and most of vegetables had burnt ends. Will not be back to this location and hopefully other Pizza Huts...

I waited nearly 2 hours for one pizza to feed my babies while being stuck in a hotel for a night. The first time I called (when it had been 1 hour) I was told quickly that the driver was almost here and practically hung up on. The second hour starts getting closer I call again to cancel my order this time. I was told by a nice gentleman to call back in about 10 minutes if the driver hadn’t arrived yet and to speak to the manager. Well I waited, still nothing so I called again, and when I got the manager on the phone she was super short with me, no apology, no nothing, said the driver tried to call me. Maybe she did, maybe she didn’t. I didn’t receive a call however. She then tells me she will have someone bring my food and then just hangs up. Lesson learned...

Waited at this particular location for 20 mins after seeing myself to a seat as directed by employees. The fat female employee had her child in the restaurant running around sticking her hands in the salad bar, eating out of the serving dishes. It was so disgusting that i left without ever seeing a menu. Do not go to this location because the rude ghetto staff will let u starve before tending to the customer. This was not the first time i was at this location and saw that particular child running around unattended and contaminating the salad bar. I do not eat from the salad bar for that reason and was the only reason i decided to give them another chance. Additionally because this location was convenient and...
