Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Tupelo

My trip at lil ceasers was the most unbelievable experience I've ever had... never have I been treated so unequal in my life ...the employee RENEE older mid 40s blonde lady refused to take my daughter's order because she claims they were too short of stuff and she was closing store and there wasn't anymore pizzas...she I go in to see what the problem be is since I see everyone walking out with their orders...she tells me in the most hateful manner that she wasn't making no more pizza she only be takin call-ins so I tell her she is obligated to fix my pizza because I was the customer...she said she is closing the store and walks out and smokes a cigarette so I go to my car I tell her that I will complain about their service towards us today and she insists with her name RENEEti call and I told her I will. So I sit and watch her tell others about the situation and as I left she flips me off while she is still outside smoking a cigarette...it took everything in me not to be out in if character in front of my children but she will have her days and and I know it's handled...I will not invest anymore of time to lil ceasers till that woman Is toon care of I've never been treated that bad and rude in my life especially with my children...and I've worked many fast food delis and customer service never did we close early for being short staffed.(Hamilton Al 35570...

I picked up a pizza yesterday. It was just put in the warmer. It was not cut correctly. It was not fully cooked. Also it tasted like it had been sitting out for a while before they cut it and put it in the warmer. When you cut a pizza it shouldnt have small pieces and large pieces. Besides that the manager Brendon ask me if i wanted them to remake the most bestest pepperoni pizza. I advised him that i didnt want them to due to the fact i didnt want anyone spitting in my food. He laughed and said that they wouldnt do that here. Be advised i used to work at several fast food places in the North and South. People do spit in food, drop food on ground and put it back on a sandwich. Ive worked with people like this. Thats why i never ask to have food remade. Also i did use the word tard toward the employee who cut the pizza. Brendon advised me that he has a child that was mental handicapped. Which i apologized immediately for using the term tard. I dont know if he was lying or not. Regardless the word shouldnt have been said which again i do apologize. Besides that Brendon needs to practice what he preaches about offending customers. He offended my husband. Which he didnt apologize for. Has no respect for veterans. I will not...

I like little Caesar's, but this particular location is horrible. 2 or 3 times in the past 2 weeks, I have stopped and ordered an extra pep pizza. Every time it felt as if I was eating the pizza box itself. I stopped today and ordered the same pizza. The cheese is almost hard, There's little to no sauce on it. And I'm pretty sure that if I threw the crust at someone, it would kill them. This pizza has very obviously been sitting in that warmer all day and I was the unlucky guy to get stuck with it. I would rather by pizza from a gas station than to go back here to get a not so hot and been ready since yesterday pizza.

Edit- decided to give them another shot today and let me tell ya. Nothing like a hot and ready pizza place that has absolutely zero...
