DO NOT GO HERE - Unprofessional employee on phone while setting to go bag on counter, she did not say my name or order number when other to go orders were announced out loud.
I placed a to go order for a simple sausage and egg mcmuffin on 07/08/25 at 9:02am. I waited inside and waited for my name or my order number to be called from the counter. I saw the employees said the order numbers out loud for my family numbers who placed their orders before mine. I kept waiting and waiting, I see an employee with her phone in her hand place a bag on the counter. She said nothing so in my head I assume okay, she is on break maybe that's her lunch or something that's her business. I wait until it has been at least ten minutes past my order before I wait at the order counter to ask the employee about my order. She goes to the back and is looking everywhere, and then she spots the bag on the counter and is like "oh your order is here". I told her "Oh there was a lady on her phone who put that bag down she didn't say my name or order number. How was I supposed to know it was mine?" The employee just shrugged and handed it to me.
For this unprofessional interaction I do not recommend visiting this location! Just because it is a fast food place does not mean employees or managers should be using their phones while handling customer food! If you want your food fast or better customer service, try a different McDonalds or an entirely...
   Read moreI never had a problem with McDonald's ever. I always liked the food there nothing bad. I officially today experienced the worse customer service in my life. I can't recall the man's names but he use to work in the McDonald's in Walmart Turlock. And if I'm not mistaken he's also the General Manager of this location. Me and my nephews were walking and I'm already noticed that he didn't seem like he cared about customer service. After we approach we did not get a greeting we just pretty much got a waiting for order face. I wanted to order a quarter pounder of a style of a Big Mac. As I was trying to explain I kept getting cut off I kept getting interrupted I kept getting corrected. I kept my patients for most of the time but I just couldn't do it anymore after he kept talking over me. I've never felt so frustrated trying to order something the way that I wanted. Instead of how it felt like I was being treated was not knowing what I was talking about because I didn't work. And his exact words were saying "yes I know what a Big Mac is I work here" so I did try to keep my calm but it felt like he just didn't care to help us out in the end. The otber day, I ordered two 2 for 5 deals, a combo, and a mcchicken sandwich from the drive thru window. I know it's just a mcchicken, but that's all I ordered for myself. The sandwich had so much mayonnaise and no lettuce. I went back inside to ask for lettuce. Had a feeling they're going to mess with me because I'm non-Hispanic (all employees were Hispanics), but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The manager handed me my sandwich, I openednit and this time, there was also tons of mayonnaise, little lettuce, but no chicken patty. I told the manager that the cook did it on purpose and she said she'd talk him, but her tone sounded like she was okay with his unacceptable unprofessional behavior. I feel like this employee (forgot his name, either Omar or Miguel or similar) discriminated against me to try to make food taste badly, or he's been stealing food from customers hoping they'd drive off without knowing.
