It's pretty obvious that this falls back on management and it's poorly managed when they only have one girl working the register taking phone orders and going back to make the pizzas. I feel bad for her and this is not her fault as she tried to be as professional as possible however we come on our lunch break and some of us only get 30 minutes when we are at work and thought we could enjoy a nice all you can eat pizza buffet that we pay $15 for per person but we get there a little bit after 11:00 and there's no pizzas in the buffet and the girl said it would take about 10 minutes but only one was put in the oven you would think there would be multiple. There's about three or four different guests waiting for pizza. Then asked if more were coming out and she said there's more coming in the oven another 5 minutes this is after we've been there for almost 25 minutes basically only got to enjoy two slices of pizza and a salad or the lettuce seemed really old and wilted. Also there was no silverware available for the forks. Not very prepared for a lunch buffet which I've never had this issue at other Mountain Mike's just this one and we couldn't wait for the pizza because obviously we had to get back to work so we feel we got short changed on the buffet. Spent 30 bucks for two people and definitely didn't get our money's worth. Was going to ask for a partial refund but I didn't want to bother the girl because she seemed stressed out with everything that was going on but still maintaining a professional attitude and probably would have had to have been another wait just for that. Places like this due to bad experiences I don't even bother calling or dealing with the managers because usually there arrogant and get defensive and don't want to compensate you for anything they just basically want to grab your money. Also based on other reviews it pretty much tells the whole story that management only cares about getting your money and wants to provide bare minimal service or none in return. I'm just going to leave the review and hope they get some kind of response and maybe a couple lunch buffet vouchers would be nice so we could try this again maybe at a different Mountain Mike's. We came in for our lunch and decided to get the buffet which we totally regretted. Doors opened at 11 and we didnât see a pizza until 11:20 and keep on mind it was only one pizza for 8 people waiting for buffet pizza and we didnât see another pizza for another 20 minutes which more people had arrived and were waiting for pizza as well if you want to come pay for a pizza buffet and wait for everything and only get a slice maybe two every 20 or 30 minutes this is the place to come hand out bc they definitely suck at what their doing.
