Just had the most delightful experience at the Starbucks on 3985 Fairmont Avenue in San Diego. While I often use the drive-thru, I went inside today for a special cup and was fortunate enough to be served by Ms. Jessica.

She possesses a rare gift for anticipating the needs of her customers, even those with the most discerning tastes. It is a talent that is not often seen in customer service.

This level of intuitive and personalized attention is truly exemplary, and I hope it is a skill she is empowered to share with her colleagues. When employees can connect with patrons on this level, they create truly memorable EXPERIENCES 👍🏼.

Second problem in a row... This morning I drove away with my white chocolate mocha only to find no coffee in my drink. I called to point it out to a supervisor and she hung up on me. My husband ordered a Dragon Fruit refresher on Friday for me and was handed the infusion, which looked like water with no dragon fruit?????? He told the young lady that helped him about the issue and was told that they had no dragon fruit as the she walked away, no apology, no refund or discount. I often order chocolate croissants not warmed only to get warmed ones that won't hold till I have a break at work. I have a box at the ups store 3220 w Monte Vista. I had a package that said was delivered when it wasn't. Employee at ups has said that thing have gone to this starbucks because thier address is 3220 countryside. When I called the store they dint recall having it. When I asked if ther was an Alyssa she advised she couldn't say is they did or not. I then told her that is the person that signed for it and was told to hold one moment. When she came came back she quickly said we don't have it and hung up. The way she was acting was very suspicious at the end of the conversation.
