When I told them that I was getting the wrong size, she just looked at the cup and said, " Oh no, you ordered a tall size" and she just turned around and ignored my request. She didn't even apologize nor suggested giving me the right size of what I ordered, nothing like that. Just to make clarifications, this is not about me getting coffee for free or anything like that. I could go as far as saying she’s racist to certain customers. The other employee that was with her that day put on a mask as soon as she saw me. They didn’t greeted us.
