McDonald's — Restaurant in Twinsburg

Location was ignoring the second drive through window. After 6 cars were served in the other lane, backed up and went into the first lane. A new line formed on the far lane so when I was finally served I told them what was going on with their other lane to try and help the people in line there and the girl on the speaker just said "well I'm on the first window so what do you want?" So I brought it up again and she just ignored what I said. Both cars in the other lane just left at this point. I get to the window and they take my payment completely ignoring my existence and so I pull to the next window to get my food and its just shoved at me by someone in a non-uniform shirt with so little as any thanks or apology for the wait. (The person who handed me my food might have been an employee or possibly just some random customer who got sick of waiting and decided to help them move the line along quicker, really whose to say at this point.) At this point I was just happy to have my food... until I opened it. Both of my sandwichs had the same problem... room temperature meat and both buns that's are supposed to be soft and warm were cold and had same crunch as eating a mouth full of Ritz crackers. In all fairness I did eat about a total of 3 bites before completely giving up, realizing my money had been poorly spent by choosing to spend it at this location, and eventually throwing the cold and crunchy food served by the rudest staff ever right into the garbage. If you are thinking about eating here and are paying with cash, do yourself a favor, just crinkle it up and throw it out the window. You will be just as full as if you had eaten there, you will have saved time, and the knowledge that when some passerby finds your cash on the ground, you will have made their day. Much better than the outcome where you try and consume the food of this location and it ruins your day. Utterly pathetic from...

I was on the road recently and stopped off for gas and food - I didn't really want to go to McD since I have had several bad experiences at other locations, but this location was convenient, so I chanced it. I was pleasantly surprised with everything! This location changed my gut feeling about McD.

The food was good - everything was fresh and the order was correct. The place was neat and clean and the staff I interacted with were all very friendly.

The reason I'm taking time to write this review, though, is how the staff and manager treated each other. I hung out there for about 20 minutes or so, and have to say that I was amazed at how polite and kind the staff were to one another - there were several times that I saw various staff members go out of their way to help someone else, or just say a kind word. I saw the manager / supervisor a bit later and he was even more polite and kind to the staff, and from what I saw he jumped in to help out where he could. Management sets the tone for the culture in their workplace, and it's clear that this guy has gone over and above to make this a good working environment for his people - which has the added benefit of translating to a great experience for the customers.

When I'm traveling down 480 again, this McD will be at the top of my list.

Ordered mobile pickup for counter at 8:11 pm the doors were locked so I went to drive through, drive through worker told me to park up front and they would bring it out to me, I parked for exactly 20 minutes and went back through the drive thru, the worker then states to pull to 2nd window as the workers inside couldn’t find me, I pulled to 2nd window and a woman handed me the food no apology nothing, I asked if the food would still be hot specifically the fries and nuggets she nodded her head and left window. The fries were completely stale and the nuggets were cold and hard. I have called the location twice and have not received an answer. I ended up going to the McDonald’s to see about replacement the woman at the window was extremely unfriendly she told us it’ll take 10 minutes because they’re understaffed I said no problem she requested the old food back I handed her the box and went to say something to her and she turned and walked away, I called after her and told her we had thrown the nuggets away she very rudely stated “ next time I need everything “ and walked away. We also had not received any of the sauces we ordered and instead handfuls of ketchup. Absolutely will not be returning to this location and will take the extra time to drive to the one...
