Panini's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Twinsburg

Worst experience I have had at this Paninis. Typically I go at night with friends or family. Decided to go around 5 and was not busy at all. Service was terrible as if they were put out they had to get you want you had asked for (Not sure I understand that attitude being that its considered a customer serving driven industry/ that how you make tips!!). This waitress must have had better things to do than making money. Food comes out I look at my spinach salad with chicken I almost laughed. I was not about to pay $12 for a salad that looked like a 14 year old from Mcdonalds made it. I asked the waitress about it. "looks fine to me." my response to that awesome customer service "Wow get the manager." Manager was really nice about it and said let me spruce it up. Comes back, it looked the exact same with onions this time and the chicken rearranged (Insult to injury). Did not eat it, manager took it off the tab. On the ride home my wife told me her mother had a hair in the burger but did not want to tell me (Ok things happen). Get in the house and had my wife's left over corn beef. It literally had the texture of rubber (Thats not corn beef). This was not only the worst experience I have had at this Paninis but the worst in a long time. I love paying top dollar for great food and SERVICE. Not this time! I did not even want to...

Been here 3 times. Was not busy each time, and I sat at the bar each visit. Different server each time. Prices seem average.

Food was pretty good- mostly burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and wings. No plate dinners. The chicken quasadilla was better than I thought it would be. Chili was just ok. Grilled cheese was good and the cheesesteak was pretty good. I thought it was kind of small but it was stuffed pretty well.

Limited beer on tap. They didn't stock a particular liquor I enjoy. It's not rare or special, but I've experienced this this at other places in town also.

Service was inconsistent. First two times it was great. Like I said it wasn't busy so they were attentive and had time to chat here and there. Very cool and friendly, very pleasant. Last time not so much- only 3 people at the bar but the server spent all her time talking to one of them. Never spoke to me after she took my order until I was ready to leave. Never asked if I wanted another drink or how my food was. My glass was empty half-way though the meal and stayed that way.

I'm hoping that was just a one time thing because I like the place and can see going back frequently.

Ordered takeout for two appetizers and waited 45 minutes for it. I was told they would bring it to me when it was ready. Mind you I was sitting right at the bar so it's not like I was out of sight. I asked how much longer and they brought it out immediately however it was cold. I would normally ask for a refund however I'm starving and just finished a 9 hour shift so I just took it and left. I'll warm it up at home. Seems like their priority is the seated guests doing dine in even though I left a tip prior to even getting my food. It wasn't even that busy. No one bothered to even check on me while I sat there for 40 minutes looking silly. I literally live less than 5 mins away. The pics I took are right after I got my food. I won't be doing takeout or dine in here again. Very disappointed as I came here with my fiancé before and had a good experience during dine in. Pay more attention to all of your guests. No one wants to eat cold take out especially when they waited inside for their order. My food is and even looks cold. So disappointed. Also asked for extra salsa and sour cream....
