Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tyler

Okay Update!! I dont want to seem petty but the manager did correct all of my order and why i say i dont want to seem or sound petty because this manager I believe Joshua was so humble and so chill about it it made me feel like i was the the one who messed my order up!! Lol no seriously he completely came through and whenever I was making a fuzz, he was like it’s OK. You don’t even have to say anymore I believe you, he stuck up for his coworkers too, and that’s great and a manager. If you would like to read my complaint, it’s right here below 🫡 I was the last person to order a pizza because I work from 11 to 7 in the morning and I can’t believe I didn’t check my pizza. The woman was trying to get out of there so fast she gave me a cheese pizza when I ordered just a simple one topping chicken pizza And then I redeemed my points that I’ve been saving for Some pepperoni cheesy bread to try for the first time that I’ve been wanting to try and what it made it even worse when she set my stuff on the counter I said you do have marinara sauce coming with that cheesy bread I ordered right And she said yeah, let me go get that for you. I’ll make sure you’re not charge you for it She literally played the whole thing as if she was giving me the right order, but she gave me some stuff that was just left over somebody didn’t come pick up or something! So I ended up getting a cheese pizza and an order of tater tots with ranch and burnt bacon on the side she throws in an old bacon covered ranch order of tater tots so I saraned wrap the whole order together with the receipt tomorrow night when I get to work, I’m bringing that pizza with everything in it just how I got it and I’m telling him look I want what I paid for the stuff ain’t cheap. I ordered online on Sunday at 5:45 pm and it was stuck in the “Prep” stage for over 1 hour 45 minutes. Recommend they update the Tracker with an estimated cook or delivery time.

I called and was on hold for over 13 minutes. 6:40 pm the Domino’s person said my pizza was next in the oven. 7:24 pm I called to check the status and the person said it was next in the oven. I stated I was told that 35 minutes ago and asked him to cancel the order. He stated it was cancelled and hung up on me when I asked if it would be refunded. Also, note there were no major sports events going on that may cause a delay on a Sunday evening pizza delivery. Changing to another pizza delivery company...

This is is my favorite dominos. They always draw super cute kawaii characters whenever I ask. The wizard was my favorite.

Their drivers give the best hugs.

One time I was drunk as a skunk. Rather than let me drink and drive a driver took me home.

Did anyone else know they have complimentary pizza for customers in their car?

They got me home safe with a slice of pizza and didn’t forget the long wholesome hug.

The next morning the manager called to let me know they sent a driver to pick me up and take me to my car.

They didn’t bring me coffee though but as least offered me a diet coke for the inconvenience of it all.
