isi's Pizza — Restaurant in Ukiah

We dined in once and tried to order online once. This mixed review offers some constructive criticism that I hope might be used to make improvements.

PROS: -Awesome Pizza. Nice crust and tasty combos, -Awesome Salad Bar. Nice variety. -Clean and relaxing dining room. -Friendly staff.

CONS: -Expensive. -No alcohol onsite. (sorry, but pizza needs beer) -Paying for the salad bar by weight is awkward, especially with a - group. Hold up the line and the rest of the order while those who want salad go fill their plates? There has to be a better way! -Can't order delivery over the phone. (why?) -Website is cumbersome and confusing. Really... tons of wonderful photos and descriptions... you should be able to simply click on a photo and order it. Delivery fee is $11, on top of an expensive pizza. Too much. -Delivery was going to take 60 - 75 minutes. I decided to pick it up myself and it was ready in 20 minutes. -No printed 'to-go' menus to take for next time. It's either you stand in front of their large and blindingly bright lighted wall menu, while you read thru the wild variety of choices, while holding up the line... or you order from their confusing website.

Bottom line, this could really be my new favorite pizza place with a few...

I have been going to this pizza place since I was 10 years old - I am now 20, it is still my go-to pizza place in Ukiah. Their pizza tastes great! They have an immense amount of types of pizza to choose from. Every person I have taken here to eat has been very satisfied with their meal, no matter what they chose to order. I have heard the calzones are very tasty, Isi's makes sure to pack the calzones FULL of ingredients. This place is decorated very nicely. It has a calm and welcoming feel to it. Personally I feel they bring a taste of the city to our small town. their lunches are good and you can buy by the slice it's really a good deal overall. The staff is friendly and purchases their goods and services in the community too.. There's always a clean dinning area to sit and plenty of space. Also the TV's aren't blairing so you can still hold a nice conversation without screaming. If your looking for good flavored talk to the staff some sauces have a much better flavor to lend to the pie. One major plus for me is that their stuff is not real greasy I like that A LOT!
