Crumbl — Restaurant in Union Charter Township

This place is absolutely amazing and blew my mind! I've been to this location every week and it seriously rocks! From the amazing cookies, to the extremely clean and sanitary store, to the amazing customer service! I would definetley give this place a 10/10! I came in yesterday and the customer service was amazing! Chelsea was the girl serving us at the register and she had greeted me and my family as we walked in. We were not sure what we wanted so she had explained what every cookie was and helped us decide what we should all get! She was kind and patient. Extremely helpful!! The girl who gave us our cookies was Emma! This place looked swamped!! Extremely stressful, but Emma was able to give us fast and speedy service by getting our cookies to us within a minute! During crumbl’s B-day, it was sooooo busy. I mean like waiting 40+ minutes because of how many orders there were. Thankfully the team did such a great job working under such pressure. One of the workers, Weston, did a really great job with handling impatient customers and getting the cookies as fast as he could. The entire team was great and did their best. They were rushing so the cookies didn’t look the best, but they tasted yummy! Shoutout to all the team members who worked this week! Y’all are awesome!!

As a crumbl cookie advocate I’ve been to every location across the state of Michigan and I must say this location exceeds any other location across michigan!! Everyone in the building stopped what they were doing to say hello!! There cookies are fully cooked and not raw uncooked dough in the middle like other locations. On a week I wasn’t even going to go because I didn’t think I would like any flavors all the flavors were super delicious and I’m shocked because I don’t like chocolate or cheesecake lol.
