Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Union City

Every time I do a review I feel like a negative Nancy, but I am not a difficult customer. If I am spending my money I just except what is owed to me. With that said I wanted some icecream from Baskin Robbins I could have gone to Sonic, Dairy Queen, or even McDonald's. I passed all there to go to the place that has my chocolate almond icecream. So it is like 8:20 pm. I pull to the front of the store and I see the flashing open sign on. I see the store hours on the door, it closes at 10 pm, but a sign says drive-thru only. So I proceed to back up and go around the building to the drive-thru only for the gentleman, who was very polite, to tell me they had closed at 8 this night. I was so disappointed.No...

The team that was working on the 1:30pm shift on May 13, 2023 needs to be reevaluated. When my children and I walked in, no one greeted us, we stood at the ice cream counter for about 2/3 mins and no one even approached us. I had to ask where do I order. The lady took my order and walked away. When they made our order. The unicorn creature ice cream looked nothing like the picture. The sprinkles was on the side and the cookie crown as well. I just stopped by to get rocky road ice-cream and started eating it right as we were getting on the freeway. It is freezer burned ice-cream. I tried calling 3xs and the phone just kept ringing. I don't care for a new cup. I want to let them know to throw away that flavor. It should not be served! Wanted to call corporate so I can at least know they'll notify the Union City spot but they aren't open on the weekends. Try your ice-cream before you leave the place.
