This was a waste of building material and time. My husband and I went late evening on a Friday and let me say my order was wrong when we arrived home, drove back 20 minutes to correct our order to be met by an unprofessional employee, didn't get her name but what's the point. Pointed out we wanted our order redone, which she stated we ate some of the fries, which in honestly we did but only about 10 out of a large and medium fry order, she proceeds to take the original wrong order back, remake the sandwiches but doesn't give us any fries back and we when inquired she stated we ate the fries. So why throw away our fries when you didn't plan on replacing them mind you after we drove home 20 minutes away and 20 minutes back without an apology. Only to be given another wrong order. When trying to reach a manager that was a lost cause. Will NEVER support this establish again. Can't wait until they close because it won't be long with this...

With only 2 cars ahead⦠finally get to the window & receive our order for it to be incorrect. Upgraded our meals to large for $1.50 & received just large drinks with small fries. The girl proceeded to tell us we need to tell the AI taking our order to make sure the fries are upgraded as well. Makes NO SENSE. Then instead of just giving us another order of fries, she proceeds to take our entire bag back through the window to replace them. Finally get our bag back & still are missing another item. No apology for the wait/incorrect food, no complementary items & the food wasnāt even fresh. What did we wait for? This was honestly the WORST experience after just giving the new night shift manager a compliment on how much better service had gotten just a month...

There was only 2 people in front of me and they were waiting forever to even be greeted and for anyone to come take their order. As I glanced inside there was someone just away on their phone other people were making orders but still not greeting or getting to anyone else.
When they finally got to me, all I had was an Uber eats order. And the woman that was on the phone, finally got off to get the peoples order in front me. Kitchen prepared it quickly. But the woman proceeded to tell me they don't do Uber eats... they didn't have my Uber eats order and they weren't doing Uber eats. The order I was suppose to be picking up was fairly large so I know if they are not making orders like this than this location is really missing out on money and revenue because of this neglect and...
