Curry Palace — Restaurant in Union City

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Curry Palace. I ordered a vegetarian platter and a samosa and according to the menu the platter was supposed to come with three pieces of roti. However, upon receiving my order, I was given only two pieces. Since the samosa was mediocre at best.To address the issue, I called the restaurant to ensure they do not repeat this mistake in the future. Unfortunately, the person who answered the call was unfamiliar with the menu. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she had to consult the chef, who falsely claimed that he had provided two rotis and one naan. This level of service is unacceptable. Very very very poor service. I don’t even wanna give them 1 star. I ordered chicken tikka on uber eats and these people gave me four pieces of stale, burnt and inedible chicken. Even dog food is better than this. It also looks half eaten. If you can’t run a business better close it down. Seriously? Four half eaten pieces of chicken with lots of onions and cabbage? I ordered a chicken tikka and not salad. Worst place I’ve ever ordered from. The chicken was literally stale. Serve what you would eat yourself. What a delicious meal! The lentil soup was incredibly flavorful and the portions were large. Our service was superb and friendly. One of the best parts was receiving the check, Wow! What a value for money. And they deliver in the neighborhood and are open late night. I want to try every meal on the menu. Great options for vegans and vegetarians. Veg Samosa was excellent too!...
