Worst Customer Service Experience Ever……….. Don’t come to this KFC In Union City, NJ "My experience at Union City, NJ KFC was appalling.Order number BF83B via UberEats took 2 hours – incorrect delivery handling by 3 different uber eats drivers (as we can see the tracking on map and taking super long)and my husband had to pick up in person. He encountered Manager Elizabeth, formerly his coworker, who embodied rudeness(giving my husband a nasty attitude – ignoring issues and walking away. Food quality mirrored service: cold, soggy chicken, warm coleslaw, congealed mashed potatoes – utterly disgusting. Elizabeth's behavior failed every customer service standard; her negligence and rudeness destroyed trust. This location desperately needs management overhaul – Elizabeth's conduct reflects poorly on KFC brand. Immediate action required to restore faith."
If I were a manager or higher up I would definitely get rid of Elizabeth as a so, called manager because, this is bad vibes for the business and she has no customer service skills as you can see. You want people who work for your business and brand that bring people to your business not give negative reviews and never want to return here again I will definitely be telling this to Walter who I also know that is the main store manager and I will also tell KFC Corporate Management to complain about her nasty behavior. If u don’t know how to handle complaints or communicate properly with customers then you shouldn’t work in a fast food restaurant with the public. My Husband and I Will never return here again. You all need new management and new leadership team to handle customers with respect and polite...
Read moreThis is the worse place to go buy chicken. You pay for 12 piece meal with 3 large sides & 6 biscuits . They have you stay behind the window to pick up until they have the order in a bag and then like 5-10 minutes later they wave you down to approach the window. I get home to eat with my family and it’s a school night so I refuse to go back to complain about my order. They hire people that can’t count. They gave me 11 pieces of chicken instead of 12 and 5 biscuits instead of 6. Really. We’re a family of three and we eat equally . 2 biscuits each and four pieces of chicken each. Who ever prepared my order is hoping to take home the extra chicken because they put in my bucket like 6 pieces of of drum sticks and not even full drum sticks. I paid $38.37 for drum stick tips . So pathetic. My advise to everyone wanting to go to KFC check your order even if it holds up the line . Next time I’ll check and count everything before I pull away. If I’m paying for 12 piece meal that’s what I’m paying for and expecting to receive . It’s a shame because this is not the first time something like this happens . I figure they finally learned how to count to 12 or even 16 and I was wrong. I will be going back to make a I’m person complain because I’ve been calling since I got home and noticed I was cheated and they never pick...
Read moreVery nice staff however Nice doesn’t get the job done certainly half or at least the majority of my ratings are evaluated by the courtesy and experience of my visits. This was a little different situation since recent Covid has taken over our society and everything we do in life, cuz this visit was very late at night and the staff was more than comfortable operating with the amount of people there were a performed jobs. If there’s such thing of overstaff then this is certainly your business about five women it took to prepare my order which was only one value meal and a chicken sandwich and yet still had to ask me verbally six times or what else I ordered. My chicken sandwich did come customize requesting no pickle and of course my sandwich was made after asking three times guess what it had on it pickles! Again super nice group of staff in which they were all from the same speaking country because the majority of their conversations was also done in Spanish. They probably didn’t think I spoke or understood it however I did they didn’t say anything to the negative effect but we’re clearly voicing how aggravated they were in which they should think twice about someone knowing a second language to understand what they’re saying and maybe not feel as comfortable as they thought they would be knowing they could...
