Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Union Township

If I could do 0 stars that'd be appreciated. Went to the Eastgate/ Batavia location, and it was TERRIBLE. Don't get me wrong, Marco's has great food never had an issue before until this day. So I ordered wings, which on any menu they show, they come in counts of 10 or 15. And I had got the chicken bites 10 piece, and 15 piece of bone in hot wings. And she said the total which was $10 something, which didn't sound right so i called back and somehow they were 6 counts which I didn't even know existed, you'd think it would be on the menu, guess not.. But no big deal people make mistakes, so about 10-15 mins later I go to pick it up and the cashier tells me it's going to be a minute, no problem. So i waited... and waited.. about 15 minutes pass, and I see the guy pick up the same wings that were sitting there when i got there. So i waited 15 minutes for FOOD THAT WAS ALREADY DONE. So of course I was furious, and had a mean look on my face, and he knew I was pissed, and when he handed me the bag in slow motion like, and told me "have a great day" , didn't apologise for wasting my time. So i suggest to the Marco's in Batavia to make there pickup estimate 30 minutes, not 15 so people like me dont have to look at there food and not receive it when it's...

Only reason not giving 1 star is bc it wasnt everyone amd the food is still good.but the lady answering the phone tonight was pretty rude..after told to.hold i waited little over 10 mins and it kept making a weird tone and ive never waited that long on hold fpr amy pizza place so i decided to hang up and call back to make sure it wasnt just disconnected on their end and im now writing this back on hold going on 6 minutes but when she answered this time i started to explain i was just on hold; hung up, and called bk bc i was on hold so long an didnt know if it was disconnected or not and she just hung up so now.im going on 8 minutes after waiting 10 mins already so at 10 mins (20 min worth of hold time) im hamging up and ordering something else bc i have a feeling now this is intemtional and i have to feed my kids. Its now almost 10 pm!

So yep went past 10 mins hold again so decided to hang up so I took a star off because didn't even get to eat the food.. I have never waited 10 minutes or longer on hold for pizza ever let alone...

My experiences here have been gradually getting worse. They had a strong start, but after a few "meh" orders, now I'm getting actual issues.

I selected contactless delivery because I'm really sick. I didn't realize the driver was waiting at my door until I opened it to get my order (tipped online). He also didn't park in one of open spots mentioned in the special instructions that are clearly labeled and nearest the door. He mentioned another part of the special instructions so I know he read them. After I took the food he just stood there even for a minute after i closed the door. It was kinda creepy. I double checked & I had indeed tipped online when I paid & I always tip well.

Also ordered my meal without mushrooms because they don't use fresh ones, but rather those rubbery canned ones. Came with mushrooms.

This order was placed around 2:30pm on a Monday so not like a rush...
