Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Upland

Second weekend in a row of ordering pizza here and our pizzas tasted terrible. The sauce was bland and the dough was too thin. Only one of our pizzas this order was thin crust, but the original looked as though it didn't rise well and the texture was very off. I was hoping last weekend was a fluke but since it's twice two weekends in a row, it has me wondering if they are skimping on quality or have a new baker. On top of it, our delivery person forgot the liter of Coke we ordered and our neighborhood wasn't convenient for him to come back to, so the solution was to credit our account. I don't see anything showing up though I called the store and a supervisor confirmed that the profile was credited. It wasn't really the best solution for the customer; it was most convenient and easiest for the establishment. In the past we have had a delivery guy forget an item, and they've always corrected their mistake either by returning to the location, or paying out of their own pocket to buy something comparable (Pepsi instead of Coke) at a local gas station. I don't mean to sound irrationally angry over a small mistake, but I've spent a decade myself working customer service and this experience was severely lacking in that department. I hope for a better experience next time, when we get our free liter of Coke with our meal... granted the delivery man remembers it...

This rating is solely based on the lack of customer service or concern for the customer. I walked in and ordered my pizza gentlemen who took my order was helpful. Other people walked in and did the same thing. Now my issue is one of the guys making the pizza took it upon himself to ask everybody else who walked in after me what my name was however not once did he ask me what my name was. So then I got up started walking around looking and seeing what was going on with my pizza. The guy not once asked me my name. Haley must have noticed the frustration growing so she took it upon herself to ask me for my name? I replied Michelle. Haley went to the I have an area and came forward with my pizza so my question is how long was my pizza sitting there and how much longer would I have to have waited till somebody asked for my name to check and see if my pizza was ready? I ordered two $7.99 pizzas at 4:31 pm and received a text at 4:34 pm that they were being prepared and would be ready in 8-10 minutes. I went to pick them up about 10 minutes later and no one came out to ask me if they could help me until I sat there and called them on my cell. I was told they would be right out. A guy finally came to my car and asked if he could help me. I told him I had just called the store and was told someone would be out with my order. At 5:05 pm, someone finally came out with my order. I guess if I had the order delivered instead, I would have had the order in 20 minutes, but my picking the order up on my own doesn't count, so I got ignored. They really need to be more professional at this location. No one offered a free pizza coupon. Of course not. It wasn't a delivery. It was a pick-up. Pick-up orders don't count. Goodbye Domino's. ...
