Sam is very unprofessional, I was having a birthday party for a bunch of girls. While ordering food for delivery he kept cutting me off, saying he couldn’t hear me rudely , and then when I would talk louder , would say okay I hear you in a nasty tone , was very short with me , but I still just continued with my order, gave the address and my card info. He told me it would be 45 mins to an hour, and we hung up. I called back a few minutes later because I wanted a sauce for my order . I had questions about sauces for the Parmesan bites I ordered ,which it usually lets me just add on while ordering online ,especially with the big order I had . He then got very frustrated , still being VERY Rude . I said I was willing to pay but asked his name . He refused (because he must have known he was being rude and unprofessional) and proceeded to hang up on me . Fast forward almost 2 HOURS later , my food Never comes, so I have a bunch of hungry little girls at 10:00 at night . To make it worst when I then called to check on where the order was ,they would pick up and hang up . So I had my boyfriend call from his phone , a woman picks up and says Sam canceled the order because of the disagreement with sauce , After taking my card information !!! And that he left for the night (which was a lie) she then took over with trying to argue about the situation instead of just helping with my order that shouldn’t have been canceled in the first place . so my boyfriend ask if he drives there can he get the food , since we have Starving KIDS. My boyfriend drove there because the hotel was only 7 mins away, Sam was there saying that I shouldn’t have went back and forth with him . They also refused to serve him or take his money argued with him , kicked him out after he questioned why Sam would cancel an order that was already paid for and we already received a delivery time for , with out letting us know over a disagreement over sauce. Making us wait 2 hours for food that was never coming , stating that Sam had already hung up on me , there was no reason to go out his way to cancel the customer’s order that they already gave their card information for because he’s mad ? That was SPITE . They then proceeded to yell, when he questioned about why they keep arguing with customers , and refusing to take his order , they proceeded to say that the customer is not always right , call him names , kick him out and said racist slurs, all while still refusing to provide any names of the crew. The overweight Caucasian woman was the main one calling names and yelling . This is outrageous behavior. I ended up having to call the Wayne location and drive there , total different experience. Very professional, made my food fast for me , gave me sauce, and provided me with Sam’s name. This is 100 percent not okay ! I am disgusted with the behavior of this crew...

Dear Domino’s Management,
This complaint must be taken seriously at the management level.
This is now the second unacceptable experience in a row at the King of Prussia Domino’s, both involving the same employee, Alexia (not sure about the spelling, but with clear eye lenses) .
Today, I placed an order for my coworker Edgard with a clear request for “no oil.” Instead, the pizza came out as if it had been made sarcastically with extra oil. The receipt shows my request, and the picture proves the complete disregard for it.
When I asked about it politely, Alexa again turned aggressive, raising her voice. When I told her to stop yelling, she went further—she flat out refused to make the corrected pizza and even called 911 to try to intimidate me.
I insist that management review the camera footage around 2:50 PM today (August 18th) to see for yourselves the level of insanity and unprofessional behavior she displayed.
This was not an isolated incident; it is not our first experience with her.
I also ask that you check our order history—you will see how often my coworkers and I order from Domino’s, almost daily, and in large frequency. You can also confirm with other associates at this location that we have always maintained excellent relationships with them. Alexa is the only person causing problems and she is driving this unit into the ground.
We are loyal, high-frequency customers, but this type of treatment makes it nearly impossible to keep coming back. Something must be done before this store loses even more business. Please, note that the "simple mistake" of the oil ain't serious. But the way this unstable and threatening person treats people. We're not threatened by cop call, just wasn't able to wait in my break time and nothing can justify any kind of action.
