Nation's Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies — Restaurant in Vacaville

Very disappointed with the customer service! Drove all the way to Nations arrived at 11:48 pm...Nations closes at 12...they refused to make me a cheeseburger and said they would only sale me a pie! How do you close at 12 and the workers in the facility are so anxious to go home they start closing early without proper notification to the customers. I told them I'm her almost 15 minutes before you close and you're telling me you're basically closed and don't want to make me 1 cheeseburger! I was so disappointed. People are so lazy and are there just for the paycheck (which I get, I understand, I get it) but that doesn't mean don't do your job. I said it doesn't say you only serve pies at this time and you're being lazy and in a rush to get home. Anyhow the manager was on break so I decided to just leave and then leave a review. That's mighty messed up for you to treat your customers that way. I've been a loyal customer since the 80s!!! How dare you feel privileged and you don't even own the company, you just applied for a job and want to start treating customers in such a way that I have to leave one star reviews...and this is just being honest, im not trying to make a big deal, but it actually...

Nations Giant Burgers, I have seen on the major Freeways around Northern and Central California. Their burgers are comparable to your standard burger places. While the Burger was dry, the toppings I think saved the meal. The veggies were very thick and juicy. I took a bite and an enormous strong flavor of the Onion. The Onion was being very rude, so I kicked it out. I ordered a Hamburger with bacon, no cheese which was not on the menu. The extra bacon was about 1.30 extra. It was crispy which usually give a Burger a little more character. That is what I enjoyed too.

As for the usual, asked if this site in Vacaville if they had a Military or Veteran's discount, but unfortunately for their rating I will have to give then went down an additional Star. Nations also serves Breakfast meals, other foods like Hotdogs, Chili and desserts like different types of pies.

You may try it, the entire burger itself was was all right but filling. The Fries were delicious. The You might want to try Nations Giant Hamburgers...

Wonderful staff tonight Monday December 23 2019 at approximately 8:57..... the gentleman (ALFRED) who took our order was extremely professional and polite... made sure our order was imputed into the computer correctly and made us feel as if we were guest in house not just another customer.... it was my 10 year old sons first time there (even though we constantly tell him it's the best burger in tow) unfortunately he always chooses in and out (I don't understand why maybe he's from a different planet LOL) but after tonight he said this is his new to-go-to place for an amazing burger and an even better environment. He says "they really make you fell as if they care and not like they just want to hurry up and help the next person on line" .... Again great job to the management for doing a great job not only hiring great staff but enduring they are trained to the highest standard... you've made another...
